Sad that some decent people have decided to call it a day . For all the reasons they give the main reason will have been losing money.Going to be a hard to sell a speedway club in the current climate

Shocked we not had Hawk and Mike B telling us it never rains in Poland when they have the Play offs

See it on facebook as well people moaning about having the play offs in September due to the weather . September can sometimes be the best month of the year and we still have 6 weeks tll the end of the season anyhow. Sometimes a speedway meeting can be rained off its just unlucky.

Like Eastbourne and Rye House and Workington or Maybe Sundays like Newcastle.

Its amazing bar Thompson this year all the ippo riders have been disappointing but it still might bee good enough to win the league

Not sure what the people in charge at the moment can do to be honest the horse has long bolted ...what do you expect them to do ? Most Speedway teams rent off there landlords and those staduims are being sold off one by for Houses. again not sure they can do about that..Why Promsing riders have been lost to the sport because of the rules ? Can give us some examples ?

I dont rate BZ at all really ..the best in a really poor era .. his titles might say otherwise but i dont even in the top ten.and i doubt he would have won a world title in another era.

Speedway decline was when Poland and Sweden overtook them in places Riders wanted to ride first . teams got weaker crowds dropped and the rest have been a slow death.Like many and like life itself some great memories that sadly you are unlikely to experience again.

Do you think Belle Vue and Ipswich would be getting the same numbers without t Emil Doyle ,Bradley and Bewley.No one saying they make the different but the crowds would be much lower

And as i said without them.there would be even less..No one can solve speedway problems that includes paying for top riders its far to late .But crowds wont ever get any better justbecause there are no guests etc and thinking getting 7 Dave Smiths to ride every week is somehow going to bring the crowds in .

And if they never rode there would be even less fans. If Robert Lambert rides rather than Simon Lambert there going to be atbetween 100 to 250 more fans at a match In nearly every other sport people understannd the main way to increase crowds is to get better players - riders in bar speedway of course who still have people who think we dont need the big boys etc and 7 no ones if somehow going to get crowds in and save the sport

Never said the crowds were big enough to support top riders quite clearly that was not the case. But its pretty clear as the standard of rider has dropped so have the crowds..New Fans are brought by old fans as a rule of thumb they have stopped going because the standard has dropped.Not really got any answers to solve these problems the same as everyone else..but its stands to reason in nearly entertainment or sport the bigger names the bigger crowds.

Of course..but they wont as Poland run the sport..Just like Uk did once

No point in hammering him . The bottom line his Polish club has told him not to ride and he has decided in money and Job wise its the right thing to do . Can't be a shock to anyone who follows uk speedway as we all understand the pecking order

Not read the pages but are expect you will have normal the suspects going on about guests all the time . Its pretty simple as the standard of team and rider has got weaker so have the crowds it has little to do with guests as speedway in the uk has always had them The bottom line is you could have the same riders each week but unless they are top riders the crowds will get any bigger and that is unlikely to change as its to late now .

Don't forget that Zagar and Muse are getting there Averages down lol

At the end of the day if Kvech had ridden Kl would have won .
