  1. As I said, that is with the present situation. If a tv deal is secured...£££££££
  2. While it is said that all of the championship clubs are committed to staying for '27, if a tv deal comes along that carries enough of a cash incentive for some to step up, then I can see one or two doing just that. Money talks. Just depends if that tv deal is in the offing... And the attitude from some towards 'that geezer at Ipswich' comes across as unbelievably negative. For the life of me I can't work out why. All he wants to do is improve British Speedway and get it to a place where it is thriving rather than barely surviving.
  3. The full season pass doesn't include the Premiership Play Offs and Final, but DOES include the same races for the Championship.
  4. SVEMO have signed a deal with Mitas meaning all riders in their three divisions will have to use those tyres in ‘27. The decision has been made based on costs and they state that it will prove cheaper for riders. However, the top stars are saying they don’t want to race on them and then change to Anlas for Poland, the GPs and Britain. Robert Lambert has already threatened not to ride in Sweden next year due to the decision and the Polish press are reporting that Bartosz Zmarzlik has told people privately he will not return due to this ruling. Many others are also very unhappy. So who will benefit most? Denmark or Britain? Poland’s ruling for ‘27 means that riders who have a team place there can only race in one other league. Which one will they choose?
  5. I saw the vid of him playing with his son on social media and it didn’t look good at all. His hand was effectively just hanging there. And then watching his interview on BSN last night was pretty upsetting I have to say. He was very honest and very emotional because there is a possibility that this could end up being the worst case scenario. We all hope that isn’t the case and that the surgery that will more than likely be needed is successful. 🙏🏻
  6. Emma is ace. Alongside the GPs, she does work for Leeds United and also for one of the horse racing channels. Always bright, bubbly and professional. She does a mega job. I thought all in all it was a good product tonight, tv show wise. I do think a little more could have been done in commentary for anyone new to the sport but most of all… …someone should have said something along the lines of “If you are new to speedway and enjoyed this evening, there are speedway clubs around the county you can visit for the first time. Go on to the British Speedway website to find out your nearest track and head down there to experience it in the flesh.”
  7. Charles looking very emotional. I’m sure he is thinking about his Dad.
  8. Lambo in a different league. 🔥 Quickest man in the world right now. Outside bet for the World Championship…let’s hope he does it.
  9. I said the same and was told I was crazy! If you are good enough, you are old enough. He will still have some ups and downs as he develops because he’s 16 and it comes with the territory but the sky is the limit for Coops. Anyone who watched him in the Juniors could see that.
  10. Dudek on his way to hospital after being drilled by Zmarzlik. Apparently the Polish team manager said Patryk was at fault which is ludicrous when you watch it. Seems he expects everyone to get out of Bartek’s way.
