.Yea we remember the sport was going so well that they change things for no reason...I think it's been said before the sport a higher % each year before the play offs come about so these traditionalist anorak wearers with their painted boards and shiny badges must have been upset about something else. No because the league has a million other things to play for ...Speedway does not . if the pl had no Promotion and relegation no champions league sports to fight for etc etc the play offs would be brought in right away .

Depends on there job and what refs get paid ...I sure a lot of people could fit in being a ref without having to take time of work ...a couple of nights work as a ref on top of your wages might work out ok . plus I sure there might odd extra payment from the likes of Matt Ford etc
