Yes. I am aware of that. Not really sure your need to highlight it. -

If you have any aspiration to qualify then you simply have to take chances like this. We are without our number 1 who fully fit, would likely have gone through the card. You wont get a better chance. Many variables but on paper at least, you should be winning this now. And I expect you will do. BV just haven't had a settled team all season and injuries have effectively decimated this team. Both steve and dan haven't mentally recovered from last season and that has had a huge impact on our season. -

Big chance for wolves now. Our middle order is wobbly at best and we just dont have the cover for him. We are very reliant on our top 2. Really fancy wolves now. Which of course would mean our season is done. Decimated by injury. -

I'd imagine we would know by now. If he isn't riding and we have gone for danny as a guest that would surely be sorted by now. If it is RR then we will find out upon walking in the stadium no doubt I'll be honest, will be really surprised if he rides -

Golden opportunity for wolves if we are without Max. Who is available -
A bubble burst for Ipswich but like I said on monday, Swindon are a quality team and will clean up.

So to summarise: Cook does not deliberately ride into start marshal. Indeed the start marshal walks into him. Cook does not head butt the start marshal, he shoulder charges him. Likely being more than a little pissed with the fella who just walked right in front of him. Rightly so. Cook does very little wrong. The start most certainly does. If anyone takes a ban here, it’s that sausage with the red flag.

At the end of the day, the tracks play a huge part. In Poland they have czechova and Toruń, now Wroclaw. If you look they are all very similar in shape and size. Big entrances and wide exits. Speedway is just better on this track type.

Best GP for years not just the series.
-
Great stuff so far. When it’s like this it’s one of the motorsports on the planet.
-
Lol. It was pissing down for 2 days straight and the track was full of moisture. You do know the meaning of slick don’t you? You don’t get those conditions when it’s wet. Full on troll mode with that post but then you are well aware of it
-
Very similar track to NSS. Only 5 metre difference. Similar shape and similar banking. It had a bad rap when it first opened this track but it’s developed into an outstanding circuit. Throw the worlds best riders on it and you have a hell of a meeting
-
2 good races to start This is what the NSS would be like with a GP

Not a chance bv will do anything over 2 legs in a play off. Need to make some changes. Worrall to go, he’s been dreadful this season. Aarnio a disaster although he’s constantly getting hurt, so make a change there as well. Bellego is available? Need to be all over it, him for Steve and possibly Garrity for Tero of those fit -

He won’t need to put any money in after he retires. The idea is he invests now whilst he is racing and leaves the sport self sufficient. The level of ineptitude on these pages is absolutely staggering. -

I think he cares deeply and his comments yesterday only reaffirm my point of view. Thats a man with passion for his nation, but crucially with the knowledge, medals and titles to back it up. If GB don’t start listening and cooperating with a man of his stature then he will walk away and that is just sacrilege. Absolutely phenomenally stupid decision making. He has the people and the knowledge in his team to begin the transformation of British speedway and imo should be allowed to do exactly that. -
I completely agree but they won’t take the risk of not being paid or being dropped after a poor performance because that is the risk. In this country we just don’t have enough raw talent. By that I mean kids who just step on a speedway bike and hit the ground running. Dan is the closest we have to that and actually did very well in Poland in his first season, but that’s actually a case in point given it seems that relationship has soured for whatever reason. The British riders can comfortably stay and make a living in the British league with no aspirations to be successful internationally because they don’t need to, and it’s too much risk. I would actually forget Poland for our kids and focus on getting into Sweden first where there is more stability to provide a stepping stone. The poles are very good at looking after their own. The other solution is to strengthen the British league with international riders but we just can’t afford to do that. It’s the devil and the deep blue sea for the sport here. We have some decent young kids coming through now but they will learn nothing riding this league and will just get caught up in the merry go round.

If he was thinking of his welfare he wouldn’t have been in the squad. Dan ridden in Sweden on the Tuesday after his Peterborough crash and scored a respectable paid 7. He is clearly fit and alluded to as much on his twitter timeline and by all accounts, reading between the lines of that tweet, he is not at all happy with Rossiter and his comments. It was a terrible interview and represented everything that is currently wrong with British Speedway. His thought train is old fashioned and it’s people like him that need putting out to pasture at this point. He is not fit for the role. -

I think it probably has been kept in house up to this point. However there comes a point where you have to speak out if you are not being heard. Tai needs to be listened to and if that means it upsets the status quo then it’s tough luck. British Speedway needs one almighty shake up and we have the perfect candidate sitting there willing to lead it. So let him do it. -

Woffinden should have no say? More archaic, good old british dinosaur thinking. Hes a triple world champion. Dam it man, he should be picking the next boss!
