A reserve that’s been scoring around 20 points every meeting now moving up to number one

Freddie’s scored his average 1+1 ,Max scored double his 2 average so think our reserves scored pretty well

If this happens pretty sure they will go with one top league with 2 home and 2 away a higher team ave and maybe a stronger NL for teams that maybe can’t afford or manage the extra fixtures

They both had to take their minimum 3 programmed rides and McDiarmid and Killeen had really only beaten the Glasgow reserves and Harrison so would have struggled in ht 15 off gate 4 which was a grave yard all evening against Harris and Howarth

Pretty sure if he does the Oxford match he will get a new ave 7 days later and his ave will drop a fair amount and that won’t be good for the team if they have to find another rider

Ashton is not a reserve he is a 5.27 rider averaging less than 3 and he was not sacked durning the meeting his dad wanted him pulled out the meeting as his head was not in the right place and the medics would not sign him off so now has a 28 day ban for withholding his services

If Glasgow wants to win the championship they can’t carry a 5.27 point rider which is only dew to his rolling average , he averaging less than 3 at the moment and pretty sure any other team would be looking for a change before his ave drops to just over 3

All 3 leagues wages are capped to a limit, if they get more it’s usually through sponsorship Glasgow Riders get paid in full every Monday after a meeting they have great facility’s plenty track time when wanted that’s a big thing for a rider these days

Just my opinion from watching him in 4 meetings

Having watched cairns in his last few meeting he is not the best of gaters but uses his head and 4 laps to make passes at nl level but at Poole he will need to gate as it’s pretty hard to pass if the rider in front has a great line

Think his ave is too high
