I think he got caught for selling stuff after he broke into a house and also doing it again and stealing credit cards and trying to use them all while out his face on drugs, then he was released for good behaviour and was taken back if after breaking his bail conditions, he was to live with his gran but got caught living with a girl so had to do the rest of his sentence .This is what he said in his interview in the star last week

Agree try keep as many teams running next year because once you stop running it’s hard to get it back sometimes you need to go backwards before you move forward and we need to get a decent NL format or there will never be any more riders coming through
