There’s a lot of crap stuff going about inferior metals in chains there was a bad batch of main bearing and engines were blowing bottom ends after 3/4 meetings also -

finishing last year with a big crash doesn’t really help he is great gater but just seems to have lost his edge a little when entering the corner but just needs a good meeting to get his confidence back I think -
not really what if it was really only painkillers which I think most folk take these day and drive ,until they can say exactly what it it they can’t really report anything

AMB Transponders the ones we use in speedway are more for counting laps and timing each lap and are really Only used in MX and stock cars and the cheapest version on the market not really for first passed the post to the 100th of a second or the speed that speedway bikes go www.mylaps.com we use them in mx you can log into the websight after each race and get all the information on each race also if the battery is fully charged in one and another is less than half power the fully charged one will get picked up before the half charged one Think how many time in Speedway GPs do we see the replay of a tight finish being shown to see who finishes first because they can’t rely on their transponders there really no good for our sport

Workington v Glasgow 11/05/24 3pm (Ch)
mac101 replied to topaz325's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Very True he was finished in the meeting and there was no drinks or water left in the pits or at the snack bar or ice cream van and the meeting had also stopped as the medics were in the crowd and he was going for something to drink and went to the stall right at the pit gate but it only had T shirts he was back in the pits for the start of the last heat -
Think your number 1 scored poorly over both legs didn’t help

Ashfield is a racers track very safe to ride flat out really smooth this year too with no problems on the third bend -
Glasgow v Berwick BSN Cup 19/4/24@7-30
mac101 replied to Paulco's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
The bike setup was great for getting out the gate all night but when it hit the dirt it was sapping the power out the engine hence the loss of straight line speed coming off the the bend he made a changes but didn't work much better so was trying to keep it out the deeper stuff his engine was good but just not strong enough ,scoring double his ave in his 1st home meeting and some people still moaning lol -

His last ride he team rode with sam to not leave him vulnerable to Borke keeping the score 3-3 Borke who would have maybe could have passed sam and give them a 4.2 -

A lot off If buts and maybe,s if lee hadn’t failed his drug test pretty sure Glasgow would have won at Berwick if the team manager gave Borke 7 rides you might have got bonus point -

Think starky did ok tonight paid 8 from a 4 point rider is pretty decent he used his head in his last heat to team ride with Sam to keep Borke behind but was struggling for speed suppose lack of riding doesn’t help either -
Are all team's not getting extra .5 at the end of the month for team building dew to low team ave this year
-
From what I here it’s a far far better rider than him

mac101 replied to Paulco's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Was 100% true he was stuck on the m6 and was in constant contact with management wasn’t dew till 8pm according to his sat nav but his driver managed to make up a good bit of time Ace piper was ready to take his ride after he was excluded with the 2 minute rule but made it on perfect time thanks to the Edinburgh management and referee for allowing the extra time and steve Worrall for having his spare bike ready and waiting -

Aspirin Naproxen Ibuprofen Diclofenic Acetaminophen are about the only ones without opioids some are prescribed meds some over the counter there mainly anti inflammatory and not many will kill the pain of a crash into a air fence -

When you think what these riders put there body through while racing and crashing and falls most must be in pain half the season while riding and there's not many pain killers you can take without any opioids in them so what do they do? some riders I know take CBD capsules as there ok which are made from cannabis lol with all the bad stuff taken out
