  1. A good few still use Castrol R40 but most use other oils but they are still castor based just different manufactures The reason you don't really smell it as modern engine don't really burn oil like the older uprights
  2. Pretty sure they will have to be unattached 3 point riders and not many about
  3. How can he be confirmed as he is not eligible to ride NL till he is 15 so they will need to put another 3 pointer in till then as the team will need to be declared with 7 riders
  4. Super ted signs Shaun Tedham confirmed
  5. So is everyone that's really came over here in the last few years it's a hard job for these guys coming from the other side of the world can only wait and see good luck to the guy
  6. Think a lot of folk on here have taken up fishing lol
  7. He is still waiting on his new GM,s to come for this season so may as well have a free go lol
  8. The thing is there would be other moving up the team to compensate so Would probably wotk out the same most clubs work to a budget and the sponsors make up the rest
  9. Glasgow been doing it for 7 years now and I have only won it twice in that time but the prize money get bigger every year now
  10. Can you see countries like Poland Sweden Denmark making these compulsory for riders ? you could also have 4 at each track in the country to try and every one will perform different you never get 2 engines the same no matter who builds them
  11. Not many good 3.28 pointers going around but think Jordon will move up after first ave change and Luke will be at reserve so will still have a good reserve there
  12. Pretty sure some of these decent grade riders have been asked to ride somewhere this year and it does not suit them either too far away ,don't like the track ,not a good deal ,wrong day for riding dew to having to work commitments, you can only fit 7 riders into a team so some people will always miss out but averages change and teams change all throught the season
  13. You honestly beliveve Freddie's was a standard sealed engine out the box no chance of that lol
  14. Open class final never got run yesterday as the track was getting a bit tricky on the inside to middle of turns 1-2 to ride and darkness was falling and there was only really one line into the corner there ,there was quite a few fall in the meeting which made it run on longer than expected and the 4 riders who made the final were Ryan Kingsley unbeaten all day liam Carr, Aussie rider Ben shields Ryan macdonald and all agreed to give it a miss and go home with straight bikes and in one piece lol a few were taking to hospital but all were ok no broken bones some good racing in the open class thou
  15. Ryan Looked great today at scunny miles in front of everybody his gating. Was perfect and don't think he lost a race or anybody got near to him
  16. Will they have a pool of riders or be declared in 2 team as sure the rules say you can't be declared in both teams
  17. Do stoke not ride on the same night Saturday
  18. That's around 50 meetings it would depend what a major service costs and what parts are needed I seen the same post and these questions were asked,I take it that it would need a total rebuild of all the parts inside to survive another 1000 as I don't think. They would use the same piston and rod ect it could end up being expensive will wait and see if Trevor hedge replies
  19. Great lad pretty sure he will do well once he gets a few race laps in
  20. Ryan rode for buxton and has came on well this year only problem was he never got enough rides they were out every cup competition first round so only got a ride every 2/3 even 4 weeks unlike Luke who was riding most weeks with cradley give him plenty bike/race time he will do well
