But the fans they (speedway) have got are old and won't be here in 20 years The sport needs new fans and you can only get that through promoting it and yes that costs money and that's down to the promoters to figure out why in earth they thing fans will just turn up again I don't know but if the promoters are happy with the fan base they have then bye bye speedway in the UK in 15/20 years Sorry for spelling I'm sat on a train lol

Problem is a lot of promoters don't get the drink and hot dog money mate. There income cones through the gate so it's a tricky one. I come back to the UK 2times a year and try to watch a bit but to be honest it's not great value for money no more

It's a shame the best aussie riders don't race in this. I know holder has been been injured but over the years some of the best riders don't compete in this even though they are in aussie at the time I'm sure the aussie fans would want to see the best aussie riders race for the aussie championship
