  1. he has had a good look and chopped wojdylo straight up that is outrageous to be honest . the view from behind is the best view .
  2. Ashley Morris was outstanding again for Birmingham on Wednesday scoring 13 paid 15 beating Danny King twice . Surely it is a matter of time before Ash starts knocking in some decent scores for you boys. Well i hope it is anyway .
  3. Hmmmm he did also do that to ashley morris after he ended up forcing him in the air fence. I think your reading too much in to that . I would suggest he shook his hand to check his alright because he is a thoroughly nice young lad. There was 100% no contact Zaine was still uncomfortable from clipping the kick board on turn 4 .
  4. Thats how i saw it bud . I have no complaints about the Stoneman or Morris exclusions or in fact the Howarth or Kennedy ones correct call in my view every time.
  5. Fair point but that not would be "settling in" that would simply be failing to re capture form, which happens in all sports.
  6. I thought it was a good meeting to be honest . Yes not a huge amount of passing granted but in most races you could throw a blank over the riders as they crossed the line. Shanes and Adam were going so deep but just not quite finding enough to quite close the gap to the rider in front . Paco had to ride like crazy as he had an opponent only a bike length behind in most races. The nature of how the scoring went and the fact that no one was ever tailed off made for a enthralling meeting in my humble opinion. Well i enjoyed it and so did the people around me. Crowd was far more encouraging i was pleased to that . So after a poor/worrying start to the season it appears to be looking up for us now lets hope we can continue to build . P.S Currently just outside the play offs on point difference.
  7. Good luck ,have a safe journey and i hope you enjoy your evening at Perry Barr .Lovely and dray all day and the sun has just popped out so should be a cracking meeting 46-44 the Brummies ..
  8. Mark Robinson claimed last night on the speedway tavern there were 668 fans there in total. when i have been previously granted bumped up by a good Brummies following but i would say there would be around the 1200 mark .
  9. The Birmingham 1-7 was already selected when he was released. The first team changes we made ,were done to bring a number 1 in . The second change Aaarnio for Ulrich is an absolute no brainer . Both theses switches have been excellent moves and i think i am in the majority when i say that , So i can only assume you mean why not bring him in for Zach ? My guess would be because we have around 7.8 points to play with for a replacement and would rather use them points than take a risk on 5 point assessed rider . We have already tried one in Tobias and unfortunately never worked out .I would guess that the Josh to Sheffield deal was done before we knew about the Zach situation possibly. If Josh is riding tonight i would guess the deal was done end of last week to give BSPA time to agree and pass team changes ready for tonight.
  10. There been D icks because you made a slight jibe towards Bob Godfrey . I cant comment because last time i told a true story about him ,i got banned for a month .He is a horrible human.
  11. Yes i know that but still do not understand how he can ride in place of Anderson ? unless its a permanent switch .
  12. The Australian lad who started the season in the workington 1-7 ? How does that work then ? Is this a permanent switch ? Assuming Howarth is fit all of a sudden this meeting looks like a absolute cracker to be honest ..
  13. It does say "MY" top 20 . Its just the way he does his ratings . You will always find a few differences of opinion that is why its not "YOUR" or "THE" top 20 list .
  14. Safe to say you can stop quoting it for Jacob now. He must be 7 or 8 meetings back riding now .
  15. No official team news as yet. Brummies can have a guest for Zach or run r/r . Sheffield i am not sure what the situation is ,but i dont think you can have r/r for Anderson i think you can only have a NL guest unattached to a championship club.Sheffield on Sunday had a guest for Howarth in the shape of Todd Kurtz. It could be a pretty weak Sheffield team coming down which would be most disappointing .That said Danny King should rack up a huge score .
  16. Got a Feeling Mr Bordeaux may be commenting on this remark Personally i get your point re costs but i think the answer is somewhere in between . Bellago would want far too much + flights etc... Where is Luke Becker based ? i know there is possibly visa issues .I am just thinking if he is based locally travel cost would be minimal and the experience at this level would do him the world of good . You have mentioned our rent cost a few times. What sort of figure do you estimate them to be ?
  17. Bit unfair there i feel sings . JJ is only saying how he has interpreted the press release. There is a article by the local press up in Redcar ( on there 2019 thread ) which suggests that he could be open to signing for another team . If you read the press release and the newspaper article i would suggest that JJ is correct.
  18. I suppose depends on what you definition of "kicking off " is as well doesn't it .
  19. While i do not profess to be a personal friend of Dannys but i do know people that are and it would seem very out of character if this was true. So going off some of the posters previous posts and what i know of Danny along with the info off Tigerblade i am going to say its NOT true .
  20. I mean come on buddy you are having a laugh surely ???? For a start a face to face conversation is less likely to be taken the wrong way or there be lees chance of any confusion .Secondly a speculative conversation (im guessing ) between a handful (im guessing) of people you know, is completely different to putting it on a forum thread currently viewed 45,781 times do you not think ?
