Reading these latter threads, I think there has been some confusion over the riders still to be signed especially at reserve!! I think after next Tuesday's BSPA meeting Buster will propose and approve a relaxation in the reserves being British and you will see the new signing Henny Wan Ker being announced!!

Theres nothing to stop 'enthusiastic fans' at each club setting up their own 'unofficial' club stream or podcast, using periscope or any of the other applications available. Some fans at certain clubs already do this!!!

The SS article said that the draft fixtures were to be discussed and hopefully approved at the BSPA meeting on Friday 8th Jan. If there were no issues then the fixtures may be issued today Monday 11th - if more adjustments were required then a further 2 weeks is likely to be needed.

Well done Brady. (Hopefully BSI/MA will give him the wildcard for the Ethiad in October?!) And a very nice word of thanks to Darcy in his speech at the presentations.

What controversy?? You only had to see Kurtz's celebration after winning the 'B' final to know he'd already won it. It was only the commentators on the livestream that confused everyone. Whatever the scoring system in the final (4-3-2-1 or 3-2-1-0) it would have made no difference to the end result. Well done Brady (PS.Maybe its just because he rides for Poole?! ha ha.)

If it had been 3-2-1-0 in the final, Masters would only have scored 1 not 2, so result would have been the same!! Its not Brady's fault that they have 4-3-2-1 in the A and B finals - its the same for everyone. It would have been the same from round 2 with Masters finishing 3rd there as well!!!

As has been pointed out on the Poole forum lets hope Brady's #43 points is a good omen goting into the final round!!

Surprised nobody has mentioned the changes to machines/engines/silencers etc that have occurred over several years which have required many riders to request safer, smoother tracks with minimal grip?! BTW its not only KL that has changed.

Just to be clear - and for the uninitiated - does that mean the ExtraLeague (tier 1) stays as is and it is tiers 2 & 3 that are combining?

Got both my issues over Christmas/New Year on subscription. Usually arrives on a Thursday but the postie doesn't tend to deliver until 3pm ish and often doesn't deliver to this road every day, so occasionally I have to wait til Friday!

If any top 3 drop to reserve, I hope they get reserve wages, as their form must be $#!t!!!

Not sounding too great from the Aussie Champs Round 2 - Morris in the final (with Kurtz, Masters and Campton!) but Josh G and Sedgie both crashed out after their first rides.

I'm not sure!! I think they used to when the AGM was in November but with the AGM now earlier, I was asking if anyone knew?! I thought the SCB/BSPA rules were published after said meeting, but maybe I'm wrong?!

Don't the BSPA promoters have a meeting in January (chaired by Buster this time) to rubber stamp - or otherwise - all the changes proposed/agreed at the AGMs??

Brady has admitted to making a couple of silly errors, which is not unexpected of a rider of his age/experience. Of the other 3 in the final - Tungate, Masters and Fricke - all have EL experience which is current in the case of the latter 2. Brady will be fine once he is allowed to settle.

Having had a few PMs with Starman, I believe his absence is self-imposed, but I may be wrong!! I don't like or dislike you Gavan - I don't know you!! I have to make a judgement (as you have of me) based solely on the tone and repetitive nature of many of your posts - and 'hate' is such a strong word to use in any context!!! Anyway back to the thread - well done to new Poole asset Brady Kurtz in getting to the final of the 1st round of the Aussie Champs.

Not just foreign riders - you could also get other underperforming Brits dropping to reserve, but possibly only for 4 meetings at a time?!

Not trying to defend the club in this instance - or any club - KL is not the only club guilty of a lack of regular info for whatever reasons. Some clubs have not published 2016 admission charges/ season ticket info even though their 1-7 is complete - whereas some clubs HAVE launched their season ticket promotions before they've even got half a team named!! As I've said on numerous occasions -I am not on twitter but I do check the club website, the local paper and the BSPA website before going on any forum. One problem this winter is that the 'off-season' is even longer than before giving all clubs the challenge of issuing something relevant on a regular basis!!
