Newcastle speedway
proud panther replied to Justgotmecpc's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
For a Newcastle fan, you seem very negative. I would expect most fans would be happy that they can support their team again, even if it is a friendly fixture. It's still a chance to meet up with old friends. -
Personally, I wouldn't give PC any money after his shocking behaviour. The apology made it worse in my opinion, as it's clearly only an attempt to protect book sales.

Peterborough Panthers 2023

I agree to a certain extent, but there could be good reasons why the team isn't announced yet. I just feel we need to support MT, as he has put money towards Panthers for this season, & hopefully for the future. -

Think we need to support our potential new owner whatever team we start with. Our options don't look very good if he gets fed up of all the moaning on here, & decides to walk away. -

That's what I have heard as well, but until it's confirmed, I'm still worried about the team. -
Is that a fact, or yet another rumour ?
-
Could you enlighten me to what has fallen apart at Peterborough ?

It's just money up front, not extra money. I had a season ticket for years, but still attend now I've stopped buying one. -

Rubbish, season ticket numbers are 100 to 200, wouldn't change the budget for the team. -
Put an individual meeting on, & invite Bewley & a few more Premier league riders. Have these riders start 20 metres behind the rest, & you could have a good meeting, looking at pictures of the track.

What would Lindback's average be ?

Always amazes me when someone punches a man with a crash helmet on !!! -
Credit to the lad, travelling half way round the world to race in the NL. We have had some English lads not willing to travel a lot shorter distance in England over the last couple of years. He deserves a chance in my opinion, just be good for someone in authority to clarify how he ended up with a 4.5 average.

Hook is a lot better than Congrave, to be fair.

I agree with you, only problem is he will be in a Witches race suit. -
Brilliant news that Armadale & Mildenhall are both running this season.

A broom stick, obviously.

Why do people bite when Trackrat goes fishing ? Agree with your post, but anyone responding to him directly are in his net.

Sorry for liking, but it was funny lol -
He wouldn't get done for indecent exposure, as it would get thrown out of court for lack of evidence lol.
