Its not on the same scale of course , but i reckon some promoters club together or are bribed to vote a certain way , its does seem strange how the new rules seem to favour one club above the others...... one rider over 8 only lasted one season when it didnt suit poole,,,,

well the new draft riders averages (converted from PL) have not taken into account if the rider was at reserve or in main body if they gonna do it that way for the heat leaders , why not the others?
