Am so glad that Lukas is reletively unharmed bar a few minor(in comparison to what was expected) injuries!! That was a horrific looking crash and judging by all the terrible injuries this year he was a VERY lucky lad! Best wishes to him for a speedy recovery! To those questioning why he would be out 3 weeks..............You ever tried putting on a helmet with a broken nose???? :?:

Im one of Sully's biggest fans(as you an tell by the name) but i was totally stressed out every time he was on track last night!! Hes brave to get on a speedway bike in the first place! Hes stupid to get on a speedway bike with a broken collarbone and a cracked vertabrae!!!! :x If that had have been Ryan in any of those crashes who knows what could have happened! :-( Its ok saying now that it doesnt matter because nothing happened but it could very easily have done!! :x :x Even if he had been in the race with a crash..........how would he have coped having to lay the bike down maybe jarring his back??? Fair enough he wanted to ride but it was a silly risk that he shouldnt have taken!!!! I hope he counts himself lucky that he came out of last nights meeting without adding to his list of broken bones!

I totally agree that Sully is CRAZY for riding tonight!! Not only is he putting himself in further danger of causing extensive damage to his injuries but he could be putting other riders at risk!! Fair enough he wants to win but he aint going to do that being so injured! After seeing Lukas Dryml's crash earlier........That could have easily been Sully!! :x :x :x :x :x :x :x :x

Well im completely shocked!!!!!!!! The thought of no Hamill and no Fisher makes the USA look a bit erm......... :-( that leaves them with just 4 riders i guess...............Janniro, Hancock, Werner and Ermolenko!!!!!!!!!! What they gonna do???? Apparently the threat to not take part is based around them being robbed last year in the run off for place in the final!!!!!!!!! :x :x :x :x

You may be with them Addy but at least you don't post in such an offhand manner as Scotty does :x And please don't tell me to allow for their age. There are plenty of young people on here who can put their argument across without telling others to "keep their gob shut" :x I was being no more "off hand" than some other people were in the other direction in this discussion!!! Some of you are being TOTALLY unfair on Jason!!! :x He's is a really nice bloke and you are making him out to be a monster!!Ive seen a bad side to him once (hes been at BelleVue nearly 2yrs ) and that was understandable!!! He is passionate about racing and all he wants is to suceed! When he fails he gets angry with himself! :-( he DID NOT deserve following out to his van! He probably went out so's not to make any silly comment in front of the cameras....but no....they have to follow the poor guy! Imagine yourselves in that situation! The sport you love, you are tipped as being a world champion, and youve just made a HUGE mess of it, probably cost you the chance at going for the title for another year!!! Dont know bout you, but i'd be gutted, and had i been followed by TV cameras i would have reacted the same as Jason did!! I dont know what you're problem is but you need to give the guy a break! :x :x :x :x

I'm with you on this one Porter, there was a suggestion somewhere on here that the wildcards should be foreign riders, as you say though this is the BRITISH Grand Prix xx XX COME Im sure your opinion was the same when Mark Loram was given wildcard entries by all the other countries a few years back?????? :roll: :roll: I agree with the majority in that Simon Stead is not up to a GP! But someone said that it was something to do with money............If this was the case, surely Stoney would have got one??? He could half fill the place with his fanbase!!!! Id have gone for David+Stoney
