  1. Heart says Paddy for the win - Head says everyone else will be fighting for 2nd behind Holder!!
  2. Totally shocked by this thread!! Cant believe all the Crump bashing!!! Personally - Gutted for Crumpy - fighting through obvious pain only to have an EF on the last lap of he final. Both ref calls were right - Ped clearly panicked and leant onn Jason and Gollob took his leg away. Hope he's fit to ride tomorow! As for his miserable mood afterwards - He'd just lost his tiny glimpse of the World Title as well as the GP. Add the clear ankle and hand injuy to that and I'm pretty impressed he bothered with rostrum at all!!
  3. Deleted my post due to the combined bad maths of the Polish site and me!! Cheers for the corrections
  4. All very very close!! 1 pt in it! Come on Denmark!!
  5. Saw on the german site that he had arrived back from hospital!! crazy man!!
  6. Paddy The Dane is on fire today!! Shame his team got an injury so early on as it seems the Poles are likely to win it now
  7. Reading the german site - good to see that Klindemand appears to be ok after that nasty accident!!
  8. Im so rubbish - I cant get anything up and running!! I so wish I spoke Polish or Danish!! lol
  9. Some very decent looking teams there - Denmark do stand out though. As do the Aussie's - fielding 2 EL heatleaders! Will be interested to see how Paddy the Dane(Captain!!! - Check him out!!) and Billy Forsberg get on. Could be a meeting for a couple of EL team managers to get to - COuld discover the next big talent?!
  10. Ahhhh - I didnt say WON - I said "in theory Lindgren was better" I'm sure Greg would admit that both Gollob and Ped performed better throughout the meeting than he did - but I'm not questioning whether Holta or Hancock were rightful winners! The facts are there - Lindgren was the best rider in Gothenburg. Gollob and Pedersen in Poland. They just happened to screw up the finals
  11. But in theory Lindgren was better in the round that Holta won Iversen should get a wildcard next year - I have a feeling that hes on the brink and with an injury free season he could turn some heads in the series. Forget about him being Danish - The Danes are by far the best country in World Speedway at the moment and they deserve the extra riders in the GP's. Holder is a must - esp if talk of an Aussie GP turns out to be correct. Other 2 places to the ones out of Holta, Lindgren and Nicholls that dont get 8th place.
  12. Surely thats the end for BP and NKI in the GP til 2010 as 3 Danes certain now (except Iversen as reserve) Rune Holta may need to qualify in the top 8 to get in now too. Very impressed by Tomasz - There best be an Aces contract under his nose as I type
  13. Bjerre Walasek and Ulamek for GPs 2009 Gutted for Iversen as Bjerre clearly jumped the start in his final race As for Gjedde and Sullivan.......
  14. Ljung fell on the 3rd bend last lap - ferjan got the point
  15. I keep getting a black screen with some polish on. no pictures
  16. Please can someone post a working link?! im struggling to find it again after accidentally closing...
  17. Awesome start for Charlie..... Maybe i should give up while he's behind?!
  18. This is all very exciting now i have a working link!!! Come on Charlie and Tomasz!!!!
  19. GP Riders are vital to British Speedway There are too many people who love watching the big guns!! plus most people wouldnt pay the standard £16 if they werent getting to see most of the top guys in the world - Most clubs couldnt afford to cut their prices.
  20. Won a fair amont of dollar last night as we looked at the odds and decided to go for a decent 12-1 each way as the meeting faves were simply too short odds! Get in Greg - I've never been a fan before(I was always a Billy Hamill girl) but last night was yelling at the tv when he made the gate in the final!! As a Crump fan - even i have to admit that there is no doubting who the rightful champion is this year - cant argue with 9 finals and at least 3rd in every GP. Congratulations Mr Ped.......Enjoy as Crumpy will be back next year!!
  21. Does anyone have some kind of programme/heat list? Im going to attempt to watch the live streaming for the first time this evening and could do with some kind of guide as to who is coming up when. Thanks in advance
  22. I'd love to see Gjedde Iversen Richardson Richardson qualifying would make the rest of the current series very interesting from a Nicholls/Harris point of view as if one was to get in top 8, the other would surely be out - and if both were to fail to get a top 8 place, only one is likely to be offered a wildcard - if either of them were at all.
