This Sunday from 10am at brough for work on the speedway track it will be greatly appreciated if anybody can spare a couple of hours as we lost last Sunday to the weather so we need to get the kickboards & airfence on for a special practice ( weather permitting ) on the 24th of February hot drinks & biscuits on offer

Also the price for away trips will be published well in advance.. & watchout for special offers NOT TO BE MISSED

Any future coach/bus trips starting with Redcar on the 29th of march ( Friday evening) the money we raise will go to the airfence fund for repairs ect as & when they do have to be replaced or repaired they are transferred to the Midlands,,, keep an eye out for further information on functions on here and also the diamonds website & support the diamonds & gems together regards ppm

Regarding your enquiry of the trust group/supporters club a couple of us are meeting at brough next Sunday from 11ish to see about arranging a few things about raising funds as every penny is going to go towards the future of Newcastle speedway,,, also if any body can spare a few hours to help out ( track work ) it will be greatly appreciated as we lost a day ( weather beaten ) today so that has put us a week behind & there is still lots of work to do before the 2019 season starts....

I'm sure when the season starts Roy will keep us all up to date on the fixtures

good on you to pay in and go into the pits and help out,, it would be a smashing gesture if you done the same at brough as it would be by some of the other freeloaders at brough to help ease and help towards the running costs of the club so it can carry on for many more years to come as if it ever closed down again i'm afraid that would be the end of the speedway due to all the new houses being built around the area

i noticed you were in the pits on thursday at redcar have you been sacked from the job you seem not to do at brough or was it just another freebie

when I said I would issue the track and pit staff etc and I mean all of them as some already have pit passes or some sort of id and after the main meeting I could collect them in ready for the next week i'm sure it would work

shocking from the diamonds team at Sheffield tonight take away halls double 2nd place and we'd only scored 31 points.. not good enough on the road.. I can only see the hardcore supporters turning up on sunday at home unless we get some glory hunters expecting us to hammer the devils,, at least kyle newman will entertain us as we could do with 7 like him in the line up
