  1. LOL Its really comical how in pooles fans eyes they are never wrong and middleditch and ford are treated like god like individuals
  2. See your attitude is like ALL the poole fans, NEVER our fault always someone elses. No wonder I call call you all smug and arrogant.
  3. Well as I predicted a 30+ point win for poole as usual so ALL the poole fans will be happy, bigger the better do not matter if the racing is crap on yet another SLICK boring track. There was 2 other fans of poole who also were VERY happy and even thought there was some good racing, pearson and tatum. The more poole are shown the more we realise what a terrible state British speedway is in. One side struggling to put a team out against a manipulative management in middleditch and ford. Dont the smug arrogant poole fans realise that their teams management are killing speedway perhaps forever and sky might well pull the plug on showing boring meetings like this was. Or as I think they dont care as long as they win by 30+ every meeting.
  4. So tell me gimli27 why do middleditch and ford manoeuvre the rules and regulations year in year out so they can put a team together like now with an ex GP rider at reserve ???
  5. What a total rubbish meeting for sky to put on for neutral watchers !!! Be another chance for pearson and tatum to say what a wonderful manager middleditch is and what a fantastic promoter ford is. After all the whole sky sports team want poole to win the league whatever the crap meetings shown. All poole fans want are huge home wins not worrying what rubbish teams the oppo put out so they will be enormously happy again with a 30 point win.
  6. May I make a genuine suggestion...........Why don't these fans who keep bleating on about cannot hear the speakers sit or stand in places that its quite audible which are numerous around our large stadium? I can hear quite clearly where I watch and after all its the racing we come to watch not listen to the crap music played.
  7. A very easy win over a hapless Berwick side who looked a joke to have a position of 2nd in the league and on this form look more capable of changing places with the Witches. An excellent debut for Connor and how good it was to have scoring reserves for the first time this season, just a shame CL leaves it to late to acknowledge the fact that we knew at the start of season. The usual aloof CL still gets up the supporters noses but thats been a fact ever since he took charge. Time for new promoters as can be seen by the few hundred fans that went and half of them ticket holders. My opinion is the Witches are gradually being run into the ground and will not survive like this much longer.
  8. Well Chris I would go with 4 of your riders suggested whatever league we are in if pos. Those being Nicholls, Covetti, Jacobs and Mountain. Nico is very exciting when not under pressure like this season and could be a star signing for the new promoters. Scott is Scott and local.
  9. Well baldyman I was keeping quiet about the weed and hookers as the missus might not approve lol
  10. Might be called boring not that it worries me but watching as always on BT with friends with a few pints and takeaway, alot cheaper and time saving anytime.
  11. Good good news at last Connor will get a chance for us and good luck to the lad. Same goes for Danyon should have been in earlier when Ritchings was thrown out.
  12. Might as well this season is dead as a dodo, in fact dead by May how bad can things get under CL ???
  13. Well I read with interest all the witty remarks by the usual corresponders on this focus site but lets face it guys all we want is some success and a team to be proud of again. I do not worry who takes over as long as this happens again after so many dull boring years. But a takeover is paramount as CL seems to have gone very stale with continuous false promises and dull unexciting teams all seem to just be just slung together if it fits with little thought to the finer details needed. I always continue to go to foxhall it seems now because of thats what I do but oh! for those JB years back again.
  14. Speedway at Foxhall on Thursday nights is a must in my eyes and Louis must be nuts to think Saturday with all its other attractions is better. But thats CL for you full of the wrong ideas. Yes Ive heard from a very reliable source that a local businessman who is loaded wishes to take over the Witches and also take them back to the glory days in the ELITE LEAGUE. If CL lets that happen which is far from certain then I for one will be VERY pleased as Im fed up of empty promises from CL that has happened ever since dropping us sadly into the boring PL.
  15. Well having the meeting called off has saved the Witches from yet another home defeat. With 2 woeful reserves we have no chance against reasonable opposition whatsoever and its been like that all season whichever 3 reserves we used. Connor Mountain was up for grabs so who did CL go for the already well tried but failed Oliver Greenwood pathetic. Just a comment about CLs forecast of meetings every week in the Premier League. With tonights meeting off it will be a MONTH inbetween meetings and been like that most of the season. Sorry but CLs words have to be taken with a pinch of salt I dont think he believes himself come to that.
  16. Anyone on forum read Mike Bacons comments about the poor Witches riders?
  17. My god speedway shoots itself in the foot yet again and I wonder how much more it can take, its in a very serious state. Ive been a fan for many years and cannot remember it being so bad for 40 odd years. Kevin Jolly has really shown total immaturity and could even lose his licence. Im truely shocked by his antics and speedway is in dire straights here in Suffolk what with the Ipswich Witches being run into the ground by sky loving Chris Louis. Perhaps the rumours we have been hearing about a Suffolk millionaire wanting to buy him out will be followed by him also buying Jolly out, lets hope so for all us Suffolk fans.
  18. I cant help but say to Coventry fans......you are the only fans that like Harris and thats only because he rides for you, you would soon go against him if riding for another team. His performance in the GB final was pitiful being beaten by National league riders and I for one am so glad he will not be a GP rider next season so fed up of watching his pathetic efforts to beat far better riders season in season out.
  19. Well I can assure you I am not the only one that would have preferred Risager being dropped or not in fact being signed on again this season. This is far from the only site talking about speedway and indeed the Witches side and I can say that many Ipswich fans want Risager out but guess thats unlikely regarding his private life. But last night proved why many fans would have discarded him in favour of Kerr, scoring only a few points against an awful Redcar side and showing no inclination to want to pass a poor rider.
  20. Well Im shocked CL has made this change so early in season or really at all, could it be he has listened to us fans for the very first time??? I very much doubt that as Ben actually got in touch with him saying he was available so it would have been a no-brainer not to have made a change to our weak side. But a shame its not in place of Risager who has reached his standard while Kerr will Im sure gradually improve when his confidence fully returns. Good luck in the quest to reach play-offs but our reserves are so - so weak it will take some doing especially after our appalling start.
  21. Dont think changing the riding order will make any difference in fact make Ippo even weaker than they have been !! Olly at reserve will be an improvement on Ritchings well who wouldn't be even my grandma would. Think it will be another struggle in front of again a dwindling attendence.
  22. Well I think the "Elite" league is in one hell of a mess and glad we here at Ipswich are no longer in this pathetic league.
