What we don't know is when did Ty get his new visa.

Main point was that allot of the riders had visas that had not run out and were already in the country and eligible to ride. Probably explains why Ty and also manzares are ok. So as I read it when their visas run out they need to comply with this years / or next years qualification requirements when ever they run out.

Don't think the rules changed that much as the one in the regs doesn't include the rider not being able to get off the bike.

Rule 15.3.1 of the Regs does not state a rider cannot get off his bike to prepare the starting position. Or have I missed something
