Very good to see Josh Auty have a good meeting at Scunny, and I say that sincerely. The lad seams to me to be a mardy arse when things don't go his way. Head drops and his racing head goes to pot but hope he kicks on this year and look forward to seeing him and Steady at Owlerton later in the year.

To be fair I think the constant rain from Sunday to Thursday morning had more to do with the track condition and no time to lay new shale. I'm told that 40,000 gallons of water were pumped from the drains and the track from Wednesday night to Thursday afternoon. Plymouth should be a good meeting for the Tigers🏁🏁😜

All the practice at Scunny for the sheffield lads was on a dry slick track unlike today deep and grippy.

But he should have been excluded in the rerun when his bike stalled at the line and after the clock had run down. Turned around bump started and went back to the line and was allowed to start.

He missed a pair of two minute exclusions and should not have put all four back when proctor got trashed as the Redcar riders chain snapped going into turn 1 and was the cause of the accident.
