That the match has to be rerun is a disgrace, the race could have been awarded given that the Birmingham rider was excluded. Also the time ran out NOT because of the racing incident but because the track was not ready ? The meeting could never have been finished by 10 pm , ,therefore they should not be given this second chance of a re runGiven that the greyhound meeting finished at 12:59 how much time do they require to prepare the track .?
Looking at the result at Scunthorpe today it looks like it is going to be a long hard season for the Plymouth youngsters, great performance from Bjarne
I think that the following Four will be in the play off.
LEICESTER Only weakness could be at reserve plus how long Josh Bates can stay fit
REDCAR I think the only weakness is avoiding injuries, Allen for Riss is nearly even Anderson replaced at 2 by Rowe who was only 0.5 below him in 2019
EASTBOURNE Good And strong all round, if they avoid injury could be champions
POOLE. Strong top end but not quite there IMO
BOTTOM FOUR
NEWCASTLE All depends on Wright & Roynon on their comebacks , can Barker stay fit & keep bikes going
SCUNTHORPE A long tail
KENT A few too many veterans
PLYMOUTH Too long a tail
Eric Riss is a great rider , it was noticeable last year though that he rarely won a race if he was not ahead by the end of Lap 1.
Jake Allen will not score as heavily as he is not as good a gater, he guested for us at the end of 2019 & was very impressive coming from behind.
I think the key to Redcar being successful lies with 2 others who can up their game
Jordan Stewart should be looking to add a couple of points to his average & Anders Rowe should be looking to do the same.
I think we will be good to watch & hope to at least win a cup
I personally doubt we will see any live league racing this year. It will need a massive change to social distancing. The same with football, they are only going behind closed doors because of greed.
Without the gate money we cannot run
