I kind of just wanted to see if he could get a max as he seemed very comfortable in his 1st 3 yet didn't give it a go in 13 and wasn't in 15 despite looking so good early on
didn't fancy it when missed the gate in heat 13 and just sat on his bike on the back straight until the race was over and then raced off to the pits, probably didn't want to get too muddy
Sheff
Grajczonek
Bates
L Bjerre
T Kurtz
Howarth
Branford
Blackburn
Berwick
Bridger
Carr
Berge
Vissing
Doolan
Gappmaier
Blacklock
These would be the teams I would imagine as the Berwick reserves were both planning on being back for this, going for a Sheffield win with Berwick just missing out on a point with the score being 50-43 if Berge can get himself going.
Vissing and Berge don't seem to like Foxhall so that shouldn't be a problem, just a case of hoping that Bridger can keep with Covatti and Schlein and keep the tie respectable
Bridger and Vissing was capable of beating Lambert and Stevie Worrall last week so watch out😉although in reality any thing above 18 points and it's all over although apart from Danny and Rory I don't think anyone will trouble us majorly. On the other hand Dimitri and Liam havn't looked good so far and neither has Kev really, Ryan Blacklock never gives up and is brilliant to watch by the way and so have fun watching him terrorising your reserves with his elbows on the first bend and his all action style.
From what I could see he got 3 from 7 for Glasgow and then 10 from 5 for Ippo guesting against P'Boro from last year, not a lot of choice to be fair so probably the best shout.
Skornicki got passed by a national league rider at Berwick last week, and they'd both ridden the track the same amount, he looked absolutely useless and everybody was wondering how on earth he got a Prem place
None of our riders really like the Newcastle track and the ones who had the least experience, Lewis and the reserves, done the best on it, would expect a similar scoreline to tonight on thursday depending on if Dany and Kyle are fit to ride.
