  1. The peoblem is Kevin shoulldn't have to see that coming, he was just trying to go passed someone and should trust the other rider to give him just about enough room
  2. Ryan Fisher is an absolute tool for doing that to someone who he has rode against for over 10 years now, Doolan gave Wolbert enough room on the second bend in heat 12 but on heat 15 with Pijper leading and masters at the back fisher completely put doolan into the fence leaving him no room at all, Edinburgh deserved to win but not in those circumstances, what a disgrace to speedway you are Fisher and a special mention to Michael Breckon for managing to get the easiest of decisions wrong, well done you Geordie nugget, surely he would of had to exclude someone when it's coming out of the second bend? bottled it and went for the easy all 4 back, well done to Edinburgh on the win and nice to see so many Edinburgh fans there! real shame about the weather
  3. Just realised the fans will probably witness 4 of the best riders around Hoddeston in the same meeting in Kennett Robson Palm Toft and Jakobsen, just missing Bobby Lambert, who by the way was superb over the weekend
  4. over 40 coming up on supporters club bus plus lots of others
  5. James Shanes, take a look at the British under 21 final, all of the ones who are in their deserve a chance, Jack Smith and JPB when he's old enough and if you's are wanting a Mildenhall link then Daniel Halsey and Connor Mountain are very good as well, both arguably better
  6. This is Newcastle Speedway's, not Speedways fault short term although long term it is Speedway's fault as a whole, Berwick have managed to sign riders who can make it to all of there meetings, Newcastle will of known about having to go to Thursday tracks, Friday tracks and Saturday tracks as well as Sundays but have went ahead and signed riders who have other commitments, you's may well have a better team than Berwick but I would prefer to come say 6th and watch my teams 7 riders home and away than come say 2nd/3rd and watch 6 riders and R/R at home and 5 riders R/R and a guest away due to your riders riding in different leagues and countries, you just have to make best with what you can work with
  7. yes but the two things had nothing to do with eachother, someone reading the wrong post isn't due to speedway not being run correctly, this is half the problem
  8. YESSSSSS!!!! GET IN THERE!!!!! WHAT A NIGHT FIRST WIN IN 17 YEARS, get it up yis Cookie where ya gone cookie cookie where ya gone
  9. Would some of you's from the local area be kind enough to give us Berwickers weather updates from around 4 onwards, thinking of leaving at 5.30 but not wanting to risk it that much
  10. Mellgren has no form, what so ever, at this moment in time, although it's very early in the season, Riss will outscore him but I agree with the rest of your statement
  11. Oh no! We'll have to see what the weather forecast is like, hopefully we won't even need the covers
  12. Brilliantly! track, in my opinion, was better on Sarurday after the covers than most of last season! If the track covers are on again, it should be fine
  13. Max will have to have a good night, although he seems to always have a good night against Berwick, I remember when he was a guest for you's for the first time against us and he even had a good meeting back then
  14. A bottom 3 of Pijper Wethers and Carr at Edinburgh vs Etheridge Clegg and Bewley, it has to give Berwick a chance, only problem is that Mellgren may as well not bother from what I've seen so far
  15. Can't believe how unlucky Liam Carr seems to have been last night? anyone who was there can you confirm what happened
  16. Edinburgh 1 Masters 2 Etheridge 3 Wolbert 4 Riss 5 Fisher 6 Clegg 7 Bewley Berwick 1 Jorgensen 2 Pijper 3 Doolan 4 Mellgren 5 Alden 6 Wethers 7 Carr hopefully Berwick's strength in depth could come good here with two former Edinburgh favourites in the lower order, looking to go up to this one, depending on weather, met office is changing a lot for friday at the moment so will just see how it pans out, hopefully it's on, my prediction is 50-40, I would love an away point in this league cup group though!
