  1. Berwick vs Redcar on Saturday, not Berwick vs Workington
  2. You might have to remind the Edinburgh fans about 7 rider teams again...
  3. Coty is probably the nicest speedway rider I've known, he's so kind and will do anything to help, was a pleasure to have him at Berwick at the end of last season
  4. It's a stupid assessment in my opinion, if you was a builder and the company that you worked for was struggling financially but your mate was the owner of the company would you work for free for him or would you go elsewhere so that ypu can get payed so you can pay your bills, how is a speedway rider meant to maintain 2 bikes and a family if they are working for free? please explain because I simply don't understand where you are coming from with this
  5. Hahaha, nobody want's your stupid invalid opinion on riders riding for free right now, create your own thread if you're so bothered about expressing it, but not here, going to miss Plymouth a hell of a lot, had a lot of friends through speedway from down there and was my favourite track to visit as a Berwick fan, would probably even class it as my second team
  6. Berwick 1 TJ 2 Pijper 3 Doolan 4 Mellgren 5 The return of Super Seb Alden 6 Stormy 7 Liam Redcar 1 Baby Bjerre 2 Bukhave 3 Skidmore 4 Andersen 5 Bellego 6 Simon Nielsen 7 Lee Payne will be very interesting, Lasse very good at Berwick, as is Skidmore, Bellego former club, didn't do very well last year though, Payne and Bukhave will be interesting to see as well as Andersen, can't wait to watch Seb Alden, hopefully on top form, flyin round Shielfield like a few years ago, one of the greatest things in life, prediction is 49-41
  7. I wouldn't know, I'm a Berwick fan, just don't like to see people who have put a lot of money into our sport get slagged off for doing so by petty fans from clubs struggling to sign the required number of riders and in no fit state to be talking about other clubs being saved by money
  8. lol, they didn't pump the money in to keep them afloat, they put the money in to make them the better team in Scotland
  9. Start of the season for both these teams, Pijper has a chest infection and Jorgensen has the flu but they are hoping to be riding in this, Berwick team is Jorgensen Pijper Doolan Mellgren Alden Wethers Carr Im unsure on the middle order of the Redcar team so I will wait for someone else to post that, I can see a really close meeting with the Bandits just coming out on top, 43-47
  10. Liam Carr 7.73 Richard Andrews 5.18 Nathan Greaves 7.08 Danny Phillips 6.38 Darryl Ritchings 7.32 Luke Ruddick 3.30 Jack Park Blackburn 3 39.99
  11. number 7 anyone? getting a bit rediculous now isn't it?
  12. Fair assessment apart from Edinburgh's rider that is needed to sign is the british 3 pointer so will have no affect on points left and I dont think that Wolverhampton rider is eligible as he is Polish isn't he?
  13. Peterborough Sheffield Newcastle Plymouth Glasgow Somerset Ipswich Workington Berwick Edinburgh Rye House Scunthorpe Redcar
  14. very good, one note though, in the newsletter it mentions the first meeting being the 26th of March against Redcar which I thought it was but it also says that the 26th of March is the date of the press and practise and the meet the riders night? Can someone confirm which night is which?
  15. scared? of Mitchell Davey? I bet he's quivering in his uggs
  16. Kenni Nissen wouldn't be a bad shout and if you's were to get an assessed tider it may as well be a dame for team bonding and settling in reasons alone, much easier in this instance to get a Dane than a German, Aussie or Swede
