Group 1 Lakeside (Morris & Lawson) Scunthorpe (Auty & Allen) Edinburgh (Wells & E Riss) Peterborough (Nicholls & Palm Toft) Berwick (Doolan & Summers) Group 2 Sheffield (Howarth & Wright) Ipswich (Schlein & Covatti) Glasgow (not sure on pairing but will be either Harris & Vissing or Vissing & Starke) Redcar (Barker & Jorgensen) Workington (Proctor & Klindt) For me I really think Worky could be spoilers but Edinburgh, Lakeside and Sheffield have to be the favourites, I’ll go with Edinburgh to win. Hope it’s good weather and a good crowd.

Yeah Wells probably the only rider on par in this league around Shielfield as Cook -

No Cook though and I don’t think the 10.40 to play with for a guest will make up for his easy 15/18 max he would of got. GP Challenge that night -
Edinburgh 2018

smith got his average at sheffield this year though and greaves hadn’t got his average for wolves when redcar signed him I don’t think. Fairly sure Clegg won’t be on his 4 odd championship average. Lawson is a strange one, hasn’t rode competitively for a long time and his scores havn’t been eye opening in the open meeting and anniversary meeting I think it was, Clegg also around 10 years younger than him but for entertainment purposes I would like Lawson to become a Monarch just so I can see him around Shielfield again. -

Another bore fest tonight, I’ll probably go to Glasgow and will go to Pboro as I want to see Nicholls but there is nothing attracting me anymore apart from an old rider who I havn’t seen ride for a long time -

Not like Worky beat us last week ahahaha you had 6 riders, 5 was your own, only 3 turned up -
Why would you do that when they’re guarenteed to have a strong reserve as his partner, you put the strong one in the easier heats to maximise the amount of points you can get...

Buxton v Brummies NT Sun 8th July

But as Birmingham said in their press release, they had contacted a lot of young riders who were all unavailable to ride so Gary joked about stepping in and then decided to actually do so as it would be a fantastic experience for him to ride with his son in the same team. -

Well they had 6 and R/R which is fairly normal until Buxton became scared of a 37 year old who’s son is better than him -

Ohh you seem nice, can’t believe Buxton were scared of Gary Flint ahahahahahaha what an embarrassment he hasn’t rode in 11 years and even then he wasn’t good, he’s no better than a 3. -
That crowd was probably down by at least 100 if not 200 on any other crowd this season, can you blame them? NO Awful performance at Edinburgh last friday, awful racing last Saturday, awful performance on Friday v Worky, world cup quarter final on in afternoon gave the people a reason not to go, just go to the pub watch the game and have a good time instead of going to the speedway and coming out depressed. Track is awful, no dirt, drier than Dry House, crowd looked awful, same old same old...

Would only have him and Jye back from this years team and possibly Summers if he’s going to be a no.3/5 on a nice average. -
All we’ve gathered from this is that Richie Worrall isn’t very well liked for several different reasons, what a shame.

good luck Jade the blade -
friday night leg 1, saturday night leg 2 Palovarra debuts for edinburgh, berwick should have normal 7 both nights I think, is E Riss back? Will be very close on aggregate with two home wins by 10+ points imo with Berwick to just edge it overall but if Victor starts well it could be Edinburgh going to the semi final.

1 meeting doesn’t make a season, he’s underperformed every week for them so far until last night.
