  1. Nicki could well be TM's shinning light and not Busters. If TM went above his station and did agree a deal with Holder behind Busters back (after all TM has a connection with Holder i believe), then Buster has done nothing wrong at all in stopping the deal, and TM is the one who should be getting all the flack for fooking up.
  2. It could be said the same of Holder I guess.. He ruined the season for the Stars that year. We are all entitled to our opinion, that’s the good thing about the forum
  3. Buster might not have. MT could of gone behind Busters back and think he can do as he likes, but he can't.
  4. I very much doubt if MT is paying for everything, the rent, wages and everything associated with running the club. You won't see Nichols trying to run the show at Ipswich, Alex at Lynn or any other sponsor for that matter. You buy it and do what you like or sponsor the club.
  5. Two sides to every story. Buster gave Holder a job after Poole dumped him because of a high average.. He let Buster down the fans down, his team mates and himself down that night. He didn't give a toss. For all we know MT might of agreed with Holder( as i believe he has a connection with him) without clearing it with the owner . If that is the case then Buster hasn't done nothing wrong. Who would employ a person that acted like Holder did for a second time?. If Buster did agree then said no, then i get why people might be miffed off..
  6. I remember him at Lynn. I stood by the pits one meeting, and he was asked to do HT15. He didn't want it, but did it. Not my kind of rider..
  7. Mt's sponsorship is more than welcome. Not enough so he can play the tunes
  8. I'd agree with that. Worrall is a solid middle order rider. Last season in his last 10 away meetings he won the same amount of races as Lawson and Picko. I believe he was in the 1to 5 as well. Not an earth shattering signing, but one that is reliable and should keep his average imho.
  9. 2022 season. Not a great deal in it really. I think he could find it hard at 2. He might end up swapping place's with No.6 throughout the season. Hans at home. Rides 36... 1st 3 .... 2nd 8... 3rd 19... 4th 4 Away. Rides 31... 1st 4.... 2nd 10.... 3rd 8.... 4th 7
  10. I don't agree with everything you say, but 2 great posts on the subject imho. Buy it, or sponsor it....
  11. Better put than i could... . Some people seem to forget the title winning side he gave them, and want him to pee off because someone has a bit of money. Buy the club and you can you as you please would be my answer to anyone trying to take over.
  12. Just giving it back. MT should buy it if he wants to Buster to have no say at all. At the moment he is a sponsor.
  13. What does MT own in relation to Peterborough Speedway ?. Probably F all.... If MT is putting all the money in, then i can't see why Buster wouldn't mind in general (apart from Holder). If i was Buster i wouldn't have Holder in any team of mine.
  14. Spot on. Ironically it was against his beloved Poole as well, with Lynn in front.
  15. I don't blame you tbh. He's well capable of his 7.16 average, if he can be bothered. His heart is with Poole it seems. Id deffo not give him any kind of guarantee.
  16. That seems the most logical regarding the kevlars if it's true. At no point has MT owned the club..... Yet
  17. Alcoholism is a problem that millions of people suffer from... As is anxiety and depression, which if i remember you suffer from.. I'm sure your comment will make him feel on top of the world if he is on here. Think before you post....
  18. I'm not on FB, Twitter ETC, but its good to hear. Looking forward to seeing the remaining riders that will line up for the Ben Fund meeting. It's great for the riders to shed a few cobwebs, and make some money for a great cause.
  19. The rumoured site is 27 acres i think i read on here. The only way i think it might work is if MT incorporates the speedway and his large auction venue on the same site. It will still cost a fair wedge, but the above would need to be there for the auction site, so it wouldn't be as costly as just using a field just for speedway.
  20. Yeah .His beloved Poole dumped him when the team building average changed and he was on over a 12. The ex world champ didn't want to ride the grippy track along with his mate Batch. All the "lesser" riders completed the meeting. Says it all imho.
  21. I edited it as you typed, but only added a bit.
