  1. TJ is "Fit and ready to go" so a full strength Stars side. Let's hope TJ is fit enough to ride and score points with 4 fractures on his right hand
  2. To be fair he scored a paid max at home to the Panthers in May. Last meeting for Lynn at Monmore he scored 5 from 4, compared to his his 6 from 5 last night
  3. Well i was going to record the Stars on the box tonight, and watch it after the Man U game. Will do the same with the Wolves meeting but will be cracking the gin out now to make the racing look better. Don't like little tight tracks.
  4. You beat me to it Baggy. Lawson, Worrall and Freddie could of took TJ's rides. Plus Ully, Hans, Scotty Sedgmen are eligible. Scrap the last bit , would of been RR i guess.
  5. I'm thinking the same at the moment Tel. I'm thinking of watching Man Utd and recording the Lynn meeting.
  6. Does anyone know what Ben has tested positive for yet.
  7. Was Buster that put the money up for you to step up.... Well he bank rolled it. He guaranteed he would take the any loses and you made the step and did well. Deadbeat, your a proper speedway fan. i can tell..
  8. Until the facts come out, we won't know. We just have to wait and see.
  9. From Speedway GB. This seasons average up to now has Craig on 5.05, Lewi is 4.53. Will benefit the Tigers in the cup final though.
  10. Another Like Scotty. going well in the Champ and crap in the Prem. Averaged 5.05 this season for the Tigers. His GSA sits on 5.26 and probably won't change now. How old id Cookie now 36?. He could be a trump card at reserve, but given his health issues , i think he might be a risk.
  11. Yep all over Klindt. He's looking fast and sharp. Should get HT15 and maybe a TS.. I'll do the ex 9 as i always do. Good reasoning on Picko, but i can't bring myself to go under 7, but certainly won't be doing the overs either. Not made my mind up on Lawson over 5 yet. Paid max for Poole last night, but his form for the Stars this season has been a bit hit n miss. Good luck if having a bet.
  12. Oh yeah http://www.peterborough-speedway.com/news.php?extend.4067
  13. They're long gone i'm afraid. Would be night to bring back the points from the Foxhole though. And we still have the cup.
  14. Rather than just give a score line. If i had it would of been 50 -40. Ippo will be smarting just a tad.. But this time i wrote down rider scores and added then up at the end, and came to a closer score line than that. I'll probably be miles out but ha ho.... Josh 9(5), TJ 6(4), Richie 5(4), NK11(5), Richard 6(4) Freddy 6(5) Jason 1(3) So it's 46-44 folks..
  15. Your right there. I was gutted Lynn lost him this season. A good little rider.
  16. I might be in the minority, but i wouldn't have the pair on over 14 points between them.
  17. No doubt we would be better off if Buster didn't own both clubs tbh. We suffered for it last season with the Panthers 53 points to our 11. Running two clubs and building two teams must of hurt the Stars to a degree. 53 points and a title to 11 and 1 home win for Busters beloved Stars. That hurt.. This season, while i agree you should be kept informed of what's going on after a poor season and the speculation of the future of next season. The Stars have just 13 points to your 10 so far .We're not exactly ripping it up either. I'd take winning the title and finishing bottom over the last 2 seasons to what looks like bottom and 5th for us. Would i like Buster to just have the Stars, of course i would. But not over the Panthers closing.
  18. Just the one for me, double. Tigers -6 win and BV to win from scratch@1.98
  19. Howarth can take 1 of his rides. So Sedgmen could be a busy boy tonight. They will cover Cookie who has averaged 4.47 at home this season.
  20. Speedway updates had him down for a first ride win. They made a mistake and changed it after i posted . He was excluded in his first ride and won his second. Does it really matter.
  21. Your obviously close to Lewi. If they had stuck by you for 10 years despite your form hasn't been the best. Then you had £1000's from a testimonial. Left before the parade on our last win.... Has said he was relieved to go. Why not step down??. I think a professional should of done the right thing. We all know last years collarbone didn't play up for a day . Why not ride your last meeting, say thanks to the fans, ride your arse off to show them they made a mistake??
  22. He took the testimonial. Should of respected the club/fans and rode the last meeting..
  23. I see he has recovered in quick time , he has just won his first ride for Redcar tonight..
  24. Lewi has had 10 years at Lynn. I doubt if any other club would of been that loyal to him. We have stuck by him over the years when i think many clubs would maybe moved him on. We gave him his testimonial this season as well. Being a professional, i would of thought he would of turned up, say goodbye to the fans and rode his arse off to show that the manager got it wrong. They have gone. But we are in a cup final, and our loyal fans who keep spending their hard earned money deserve to see the team winning meetings.
