Crossing my fingers we can keep it tight tonight. Obviously Alex and the boys will be going to win, but if we can get within 6 points i feel we have a chance at home in the 2nd leg. I know in Sept the Tigers won 39-51 on their last visit, but 5 points between Josh and Richie won't happen again. Add to that Jonas Knudsen scored 3 points in for Freddie, who was on fire last time out. I know if my auntie had balls she'd be my uncle and all that, but.....

Think we all thought that. Didnt we Shuvvy -
Insult. I'd file that under bulls*it unfortunately

Agree with that. Only BV are slightly over, the rest are under at the moment. Looks like we will keeping you company again in 23

And Wolve's have dropped 3.47 team points in a month and are now around 1.80 below last years limit. The 63-27 defeat at the AFA helped that along. While the Stars team put on 1.22. With Lawson potentially riding himself out of a job going from 6,27 to 7.91. More forward planning is needed by some this time of the season, especially if there's nothing to play for and they want to win something next season
-
The new averages coming out at the end of the month are interesting..... Basso is up to 6.81 from 5.91, Harris is down from 8.41 to 7.59. Do you still want Lawson, he's up to 7.91 from 6.27.
-
Yep, if they are staying Richard needs to have a mare . As for Freddie i'd love him back if he don't complete enough meetings to get a proper average. But not on a 7. Pay the pair their average money i say. Edit. Just checked every PL club has upped their team averages when they come out at the end of the month apart from Wolves, who have knocked 3.47 off of theres, in a month
-
I didn't realise they would change so much . Josh is going to be in demand. I hope Alex has him signed up already. The 63-27 win last week springs to mind. We should of nicked it 46-44 . As you said it seems like it's a rare thing these days. If what Szkocjasid said is correct regarding Freddie keeping his average, a fractured toenail is in order if he's coming back next season.

I was worried about Lawson early on in the season. He had 3 HT wins in 32 rides. But he has improved a lot since. These figures will change, but at the moment Just for an idea ... R 1st 2nd 3rd 4th Klindt 7.71 32 12 8 7 3 Picko 7.05 84 24 23 23 9 Lawson 6.27 89 23 32 18 10 Harris 8.41 111 48 21 28 9 I think Lawson on that kind of average isn't bad at all. If we can't get a big hitter, i'd be ok with these 3 plus Freddie.... Added Harris. If i had to choose between Klindt or Harris i think i would go Klindt on current aves. I would welcome Freddie back on 5.04 but will deffo rise after his 16 pointer the other night.

Does this mean Picko is staying..... From an article in todays Lynn News. “I do believe with the base we have now and the groundwork that has been done if we keep five out of the seven riders, that will put us in a very good position for next year." Maybe it's just the Matt Ford in me.

I don't know mate. Worst performance of the season when nothing mattered.. Might just be me

Brown envelopes

I wasn't there tonight, but you can't tell me Wolves would have been that bad if something was at stake. Masters, Morris ,Douglas and Becker 20 points from 18 rides
-
I wasn't there, But look at Wolves scores. Averages are worked out on the last ten meeting now i think. I might be wrong.

I'm leaving it tonight. Bit of rain around there today. Hope you get 2 winners. Had a cheeky fiver on a Lynn draw @13.00 for a bit of interest while i watch the updates come in. I didn't go tonight. Good luck.

It's the AFA and yes about with about 3,000 to spare.

No online tickets tonight. King’s Lynn can confirm there will be no online ticket sales for Thursday’s Premiership fixture against Wolverhampton. All tickets will be pay on the night at the stadium, and there is plenty of capacity. We look forward to seeing everyone later for what should be an exciting night of racing.

I just had a gander at the stats. Harris has 48 heat wins, 26 at home and 22 away, compared to Picko with 24 heat wins, 13 home and 11 away

Will see you in the bottom 2 again

Surely if Dan was asked the other 2 where. If they said no or didn't ask then it looks pretty sad.. Woffy did say he had a lovely house in Poland and Aussie, and that one had been empty for 2 years and he was looking forward to getting back there for a break from speedway . Think we are small fry now. He's made his money, and still making it. Lambert i don't know...
