Niels was top as you say, but somehow his average changed as you say on the 26th. The rolling aves on 19th although not usable then had Niels 7.63, Lawson 7.50 and JP 7.31. The new usable GSA comes out on the 1st June, but as Niels come into effect on the 26th, it now makes Richard on top of our averages before the 1st of June on 7.50, and will go up to 7.84 on June 1. Thats how i see it, but as you know i'm not the sharpest tool in the box where averages are concerned. -

I agree it don't look good at the moment, and i would be looking at making a change. I know the Champ isn't as strong, but there is a huge difference in some of you riders aves compared to the Prem. Champ.. Prem Hans 8.57 4.76 Harris 9.30 5.14 Scotty 8.21 4.36 Ully 6.74 4.00 MPT 7.89 6.40 As we know Ully isn't going nowhere near his 7 point starting average. MPT will be ok imho. But the other 3 have started the Prem poorly, but are doing pretty good in the Champ? We have Lewi Champ 8.15 , Prem 3.64, and RW Champ 8.87 and Prem 3.67, but our others are doing ok. and as with your lot, it's early days. Heat 15 from last month when the Panthers ran us to a last HT decider... -

I think it will be closer than some might think, if the Basso of last month turns up again, plus MPT is in town. Hope we see some good racing in nice weather. -
Hey, i resemble that remark . Nothing to do today until the GP is my excuse, and i'm sticking to it

For me it depends on Ben Basso. I'll be happy if we can send the Panthers home with 0 points at the end of the day.. -
If that supporter is anywhere near correct, then Zagar and Fricke being a GP rider won't be cheap either, would almost take BV's gate money i would of thought. If both scored say 10 from 5, home and away one week. Thats 20 x£800 for Zagar and if Max is on £250 a pop x20. Even if Zagar is sponsored half of that it's still £8k and £5k out of one home meetings takings . Edit.... Just seen the Third Mans post.. But still very good money, £4k a meeting for a 6-7 point rider..

Edinburgh v Birminham (Championship) 27th May
Bald Bloke replied to Al Stewart's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Updates are saying Shanes has withdrawn from the meeting due to not having a helmet left after he damaged 2. Surely someone has one that fits him? -
The Panthers are the visitors to the NFA on Monday evening. It's not been a good start to the season for the Panthers, but they ran us close last month in the cup (47-43). I don't think we can be complacent, and i'm sure Alex and the riders will know that. Last time Ully started off with 3 good heat wins and bagged 11 points, while at reserve that man Ben Basso looked very impressive on his way to a 14 haul. MPT is back for this one, and i'm pretty sure he will score more than the 7 points that RR got for him on their last visit. If we get the same Ben Basso come Monday, it could be a tight one. Thoughts.....

I think your bang on there.. In his 3 league meetings so far he has averaged 9.15.

I was hoping for a 3-3 and a Wolves win -
Very solid team effort from the Tigers tonight.
-
Thanks, and here comes Toby
-
I might need the rain tonight at Sheffield I need Toby to get HT15
-
As said you have put some decent stuff up. If you feel you need to take a break then do so.Thats is what it is all about Toby over 9. Last time out he score 5, but the time before it was a 15 point max, so going with Toby over 9.Main bet. Douglas under 9 just for a bit of interest in the meeting. Didn't go that well there last season. Good luck
-
I'm not so sure. We beat BV by 10. I know Zager was missing but MPT scored 10 from 4 in his place and they got 3 points for Jye. I'll go home win by about 4 points . Tom and Norick only managed 7 points from their 11 rides at Lynn. I can see them doing better tonight.

Thanks. I thought i read it somewhere

Ipswich v Wolves 26th May
Bald Bloke replied to Arch Stanton's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Agree he would of been. BB is a better rider than what he has shown for you so far. He had 9 meetings for us last season and averaged 5.33( 3 home meetings) and 4.71( 6 away meetings). 4.90 from his 9 meetings. -
Ullys rolling ave is at 6.62 from 7.09 Not in effect yet, and it will change before it is, as i believe you need to do 3 home and 3 away meetings before your new rolling averages come into effect.

Sorry BB is 4.76, still under Erik's. We had trouble last season finding worth while replacements at Lynn. -

Barker is 4.48 so can be used. But as you say BB isn't going well so far, and has only averaged 3.00 in his 2 home meetings so far.
