  1. Thanks Jesus... I don't think I'l bother following the updates for this one...
  2. Me too, does anyone know what the teams are supposed to be?
  3. Be nice if he does return next year... Maybe in Diamond colours? I've thought about him in the past... But he's always had a massive average for our league... But now it's plummeted... And hopefully with a few uninjured months behind him... Maybe he can be back to the Bridger I watched on sky a few years ago... Real shame
  4. I didn't know Ben had a gambling problem... That's a shame
  5. It's beginning to look that way... Too top heavy... Weak at reserve... Them types of teams never work, not that I've ever seen anyway
  6. Maybe he's doing that in his spare time while he's off? I hope he comes back... Even if it's next year... He's one of my favourite riders who I've never actually seen ride other than on the telly...
  7. But Graversen has had previous PL averages... Plus... Robson's 7.09 average he finished on last year was used in the EL/PL this year, all the averages were based on the old PL averages... O.o That's kinda what I'm trying to say in my own, badly explained way xD
  8. Gah... The Comets are having an easy run recently... Coming against all the teams with injuries that really weaken them...
  9. No, he has his PL average converted... Just like Jan Graversen... And I'm sure other riders too, that I can't think of the top of my head
  10. I like the look of that lowering average for Tero, maybe for next year? Would make a great reserve... Partnered with Danny (if back) or Hopwood (preferably) That poses another interesting question... If given the choice next year... Ben Hopwood probably on an average higher than 2.00 or Danny Phillips on a 2.00?
  11. I'm interested but I can't go unfortunately
  12. I've just seen someone else talking about it in another thread, I really hope he is ok, I hate seeing this news... I think I will not watch heat 1, as I have it taped for later Jesus... Maybe I should sleep... It wasn't Wolverhampton on BT tonight... Ignore me xD Still... Best wishes to Kyle
  13. You're right, some are even lower, sorry for the oversight
  14. I'm glad to hear that we've signed him He was one of the very first Newcastle riders I got to see race properly...
  15. Jesus, it's like reading the conversation of 4 year olds on here xD
  16. He has a lot of experience and has been around British tracks for a long time, I'm not saying he'd score bags of points, but he wouldn't be completely bad... Although the way some people are talking about him here... He must have done something to upset someone a while back... I wish I knew what people were talking about with the Watt saga... Then maybe I could agree... Think you'd find it hard being a Scunthorpe fan... With the groundhog day remark xD Also, Rene Bach being reffered to as a 7 point man... A 7 point man is perfect for the number 3 spot... I'd say, at the minute, Rene and Lewis would score similar points... (Maybe not this exact minute... But you know what I mean )
  17. Well I don't know anything about that because I haven't been going to Newcastle for that long, can you explain? That's why it has been said that more team changes would have to be made, but we're not doing anything for the rest of this year, so it's just ahead for next year.. Would be ok, but I'd personally prefer someone better for Lewis... No offence, I like Coty, especially with his story
  18. Thought I had seen him in the pits on my trip down to Ipswich a few weeks back, or was I imagining things? Sounds like a good plan, Patrick Hansen? Dunno how good he'd be compared to the rest of the league but he seemed to do good in the world U-21 Mikkel B Andersen who signed for Swindon before the start of the season would be a good 'gamble' too... Dunno why he never raced for Swindon in the end though? Or is we went Swedish... Joel Andersson or Kenny Wennerstam?
  19. Is he? I didn't know he had retired all together, I thought he just gave up UK racing for now... I think Davey Watt would be a solid number 3 at our level... Or would have been if he wasn't retired... Also I think Rene Bach, would be a good signing, and popular among most of the fans... I don't care if he isn't the 9 point rider he once was, as long as we get the occasional entertaining race out of him, he'll be exciting to watch, and now that he's had a tour of most of the CL tracks, as home and away riders... I think he'd be more reliable than most... It's not a 'fetishism' just a suggestion We need someone instead of R/R I assume they're 'before my time' old riders that I haven't heard of because you are exaggerating me wanting Rene back
  20. Would love to see Robson come in... But names like Davey Watt (I know he's had a spell at Newcastle, but that was yeeears ago) and Nicklas Porsing would be nice too Davey Watt - 6.48 Nicklas Porsing - 5.63 I'd also love to see Rene Bach, but there'd have to be more changes... And I don't want to see anyone else leave Unless... Rene for Rose and Carr for Morris would fit, but that would make us extremely weak and I don't think I'd want that
