  1. Tough to call. A lot of time for Stevie W. Like to see him lift the trophy. Reserves the key.
  2. If the track is prepared like it was for the Scunny match it will be a leveller.
  3. Glasgow blew Pirates away first 6 heats. Heat 7 through 15 Poole scored 2 more points. Bomber once again box office. Could all come down to R/Rs and reserves at Poole. Not Complin’s favourite track. If Rowe is declared fit will Middlo put him in team. Bit of a gamble. Glasgow favourites IMO.
  4. Hopefully not. End up with a lot more riders in CL who perhaps aren’t quite ready for it. I don’t want to see a diluted standard of racing.
  5. If Cookie was on a 7 I would say yes but an over 9 is a big risk. Think people have underestimated the effect the incident in Poole match had on him.
  6. Surely the Tigers could have let us know how Ace was after his fall.
  7. Yeah class act as ever. Great supporter of British League speedway in recent years. As is Holder and Lambert. Not. Brilliant fight back by Tigers last night. Wonder where Lambert will go next September.
  8. Yip. No Dayle at the Dale. The lad himself probably knew he wasn’t ready for the step up.
  9. Defo Erik and another German Kevin Wolbert. We need an out and out number one. Sedgy is up and down like a fiddler’s elbow.
  10. So the news the fans had been dreading, no Josh next year. Always admire riders who are ambitious and want to challenge themselves. Josh has been a great rider for us so I am sure every blue and gold fan wishes him well. He was very emotional last night and it would have been nice if he had been publicly thanked for his seven year contribution to Edinburgh. Big boots to fill next year. Thank you Joshie P.
