One of them organized a party just recently, bought alcohol and gave it to the contestants. They got financial penalties for unsportsmanlike behavior. Well at least this doesn't happen in the UK. Club gave drinks to riders then said they broke conduct.

Vaculik for the 2018 season will not ride in Sweden. He does not have a club and will not get one. The UK is his 3rd league after Poland and Home country. NKI has 3 teams for 2018 and needs permission off Torun to sign for a UK team. Hence why he said there was some rules to get past.
