A lot of riders are still on contracts just there are transfer fees. Torun have paid money to ZG even though Doyle did not have a contract its all a bit funny how it works. NKI and Doyle both got 300K signing bonuses each.

Thats true but there is also massive fees involved in transfers. Best part of 75K for max fricke for example. Was 300k for Hampel in 2011

Hampel got a 200K signing on fee in 2011 for ZG which is just insane. I imagine Doyle will be on some mega bucks at Torun. His signing on fee will be near 200k i imagine. MAtt Ford said that some riders in Poland are earning 35K per meeting. With that type of money you can do what you want with the riders. Sweden is 2nd and at top end they are paying 10K a meeting. Good rumour here for all British fans. Craig Cook is rumoured to be an option for Sparta Wroclaw. I would not be happy with this because I think there is better options out there as a Sparta fan. But he is cheap and putting him with Tai and Magic(speaks English well). Fricke is a lot of money to sit on the bench all year. We will have to wait and see. Cook must get a spot in Poland this year. I imagine it will be in Nice League 1 but if he wants to do well in the GPS he needs practice in Poland.

So it was announced today that in 2017 Extraliga teams paid out £12 million via wages and club sponsorship top riders. And we wonder why no one wants to ride here. That is not even including the racesuit sponsors and such that riders have. I doubt it includes travel cost or anything like that either.

So the figures have been released last season clubs spent £12 million on rider contracts and sponsorship in the Extraliga. No wonder people don't want to ride in the Uk when you can earn ten times in Poland for a 3rd of the races.

Ohh I agree he is a great signing. I want to see Leicester do well. We want a league where a team isnt coming bottom every year. Think you can do that now. Any team which has Danny King as its 2nd heat leader will struggle. He is a 3rd heat leader and never higher in the Prem.

Lebedevs is a better rider than Vaculik. Would rather have him than Vaculik.

They have said they wont sign contracts basically. The extraliga has just come out saying they wont change the rules. They have said to riders they do not have to sign in Poland. Poles have already talked about not running the league for 2018. I doubt this will happen. Extraliga will want to run and riders want to be paid. Sure it will all get sorted out. In other news EMIL is not riding in Sweden this season. Could he be looking at the UK. (I doubt it) But i don't know he would not sign a contract in Sweden.

These new rules which Poland has brought out for riders are juicy. All sponsorship can only be signed for a year from now on for riders. Going to cause some problems for some riders over there.

Ayres= 3.00 Think this team would challenge for a title.Hans and NK doubt will be back at Poole and NK likes the lions and Hans will want to be near the Cov area if not at Poole. I would like to watch this team. Has some good rider in it and really could have a title charge especially if Newman did not get injured.

My guess right now in no order would be Sparta, Leszno, Torun and GKM
