He was reading the star and just laughing how Leicester predicted Poole would come 8th and he was laughing and just saying we turned the lions over. -

Leicester= Nilsson= Proving to be a good number 1. Wish Matt had signed him up. Auty= A rider I hate as people might know. Just never made step up. But better than Holder and solid. Kacper G= Must have been paid off. I have never heard of a rider falling off so much in such few meetings. Schlein= Sounded like he was a good replacement. Gave his all as we all know he loves to do. King= Tried his hardest from the sounds of things. Needs to step up to back up Kim. Seems to have bike issues Jan Graversen= Awful, not a good replacement for Bates. I feel him riding for Shef will come back to haunt you. Ayers= sounds like a great trier and thats what you meant to be at 7 solid. -

Well its still early as we all know. But good to see the fightback. KK and Andersen on form and Brady is going. Holder going crap. But when you win oh well. But good to see on twitter that he is angry at himself, good to see that from a rider and he will improve. KK= Finally saw the KK we all know and seemed to really get going. Love to see that. Holder= Bad night, but see above. Kerr= Good improvement, will get better and better. Still stronger with Newman but nice improvement. Kurtz= Seems to have stepped up this season. Paid Max. Rider of the night (apart from Kacper) Hans= Back on the gas. Just needed more laps and now going really well Klindt= Went really well, will swap with Holder soon. Shanes= Did well again and what we needed him to do. On a track I doubt he has ridden before. -
Belle Vue were better than us from heat 2. Not the end of the world. We will come back stronger next time. It's the KO cup its really not the premiership. Last year everyone said Poole would go unbeaten lost our 3 home fixture to belle Vue. Matt wont make any changes yet, we are 2 weeks into the season. But Belle Vue are really going right now but they did that 2 seasons ago and well Kacper G showed them how to win a title. Belle Vue look great but Fricke needs time, Sedgmen and Bjerre will have a poor patch and Bewley will be like Shanes get points one week and not the next. But looking good for BV right now. But hold off on the pirates just yet.

Hahahha. Danny King could not beat anyone. Yes he did it on a GP after 4 attempts. Look at Poland's team= 1. Dudek 2. Zmarzlik 3. Magic 4, KK/Hampel 5. Anyone Sweden have= Lindback, Lingren, AJ Denmark have= NKI, Niki P, Kilderman, Micheal Michealsen Your not beating anyone with Danny King. Without Tai we wont win anything. He won us Silver last year 19 points you can't replace that. So say like TAi did i want to win it in next 5 years. King is never going to be as good as Lambert or Ellis.

I forgot Worrall, sorry. He is a good rider. Masters I don't rate. He could be a Doyle but they come once every 10 years and he still hasn't got to that grade. He is 25/26 so 5 years ahead of Fricke and Kurtz. Holder is interesting though because apparently he has the most talent but looks a year behind. My WC Squad would be right now. I would go young because without Tai we won't get anywhere. So why not set it up for the next couple of years. Aus did that with Ward and Holder and was about to pay off until the injury. Could you imagine, Ward Holder Doyle(now he has stepped up) Kurtz, Fricke. Jealous. Lambert Ellis Worrall Cook Bates
-
KK will up his game, I have faith. Chris Holder was a very inconsistent rider which people seem to forget. Only Magic and Darcy have been on it every day. But Jack, might be a bit like Brady this year. Yesterday was such a boring track, it was safe which is good but it was too safe to ruin the racing. I think Jack Holder needs to get some form a PBoro.
-
Fricke isn't a top rider. Cook is the number 1 in your team. Fricke hasn't made the grade in England yet. He rides in Poland for a team which is the worst in the league. Lingren and Laguta will keep that team in good shape not fricke. Krystian Pieszczek was a much better rider in that team and will be a future world champ. He will be a GP rider but Kurtz has more potential and is tapping into that because he came to premiership a year later than Fricke.
-
Yes, I would agree with Fricke is better ATM but Kurtz has such a nice style on a bike. Gavan What do you think about Holder?? I'm not sure what to think yet. But everyone says he is better than Chris. It's early season and last night perhaps wasn't his night which is fair enough considering it's only the second week. Ellis and Lambert are the hope though. They have GP potential. Bates, will get to Danny King/Cook level Bewley, Shanes,Perks seem the three to me who could also make the grade. Shanes is awesome to watch with his style on a bike due to grass and long track. I really think he could be a good rider.
-
Well last night was boring. Track Under watered, just nervous about having problems like Darcy. Yes, it was gate and go which was boring. But as a pirates fan this is something which was must look at positively. We are missing Kyle for Lewis. Lewis will just take some time which is fair enough but he wants to ride here and just need more rides. But we somehow won with a track which wasn't traditionally Poole. KK not quite firing. He is getting better and he will come good just this is the start of the season. Let's all calm down. Hans will get better as well and so will Holder. He just needs to figure the track out a little bit. Shanes is awesome to watch with that longtrack style as he glides around the bends. Kurtz is already proving why he won an aussie world championship. Made Fricke who is the world u21 champ look rubbish. So let's all calm down we are missing a key rider. If Kyle was in that team he would have got at least 5 points which is 4 better than Kerr and all of a sudden its 50-40 to Poole. As for the small crowd it's still early on in the season and school's have not broken up just yet. I also think by listening to people no one really cares about the knockout-cup. Premiership is what you want. As for Belle Vue they look really good. But Bjerre will come down next time and get 2 points somehow knowing him. But its not all doom and gloom we managed to win a meeting still even though we were poor. If this was football MOTD would be that's a title winning team even when there rubbish they still win.

I said this months ago and I got put down but the moment you signed Skornicki that was the playoffs gone. He has looked awful last couple of years. You have three good riders in your heat leaders. Howarth who is ok, but give me jack holder/ Kyle newman everyday of the week. Wolves needed a Jack Holder type rider. Sedgmen would have been a good choice. Your reserves are ok but Greaves hasn't improved in 3 years and Clegg is just so overrated. No wonder he won't win against Klindt. Yes, Shanes will have bad meetings but he is a better bike rider and has experience more pressure with longtrack and grasstrack. If I was Wolves= Get rid of Greaves bring in any two pointer. You might as well save 0.27 points. Would remove Clegg and bring in Richard hall for the experience Then I would bring Lawson in for Skornicki would make the team stronger at top and bottom.

I'm just saying that this a market which speedway has not gone into. If you have more Merch=more money= bigger crowds=more tv= more sponsors= more money= better tracks= better racing.
-
And this is why speedway dies. If you want speedway to survive merchandise alone can keep it going. Ji sung park signed for Man U for 4 million within 24 hours they had made that money back from shirt sales in south korea alone. I understand this speedway but a little bit goes a long way. If we had a better way of merchandising no only do clubs make more money it also means free advertisement.

We never really do this but who does have the best looking race-suits this year. I'll go through them and then list 1-8 Belle Vue Aces= Not sure if they are bringing out new ones. But they still look really clean and smart look. Just the classic BV look and never changes. King's Lynn Stars= What have they done. They have put to much black on this and it doesn't look great anymore. Leicester Lions= The best look in the league. Simple, but it just pops and looks great for a club which might be near the bottom stick look great. Poole Pirates= Good, better than last year anyway. We seem to have the craziest kit ideas. Will look better when the sponsor actually on the kit. Rye House Rockets= Boring, did not really change from there Championship kit. Boring grey drab. Somerset Rebels= Look's awesome with the black and dark red. Very good look for the first year back. Swindon Robins= They may be arch rivals. But this kit looks awesome, I love the increased amount of red. Wolverhampton Wolves= Once you win the league and put gold on it's always good. But very boring same as last year. Speedway needs increase Merch sales and this would provide a lot more money. 1= Lions 2= Robins 3= Rebels 4=Poole 5= Aces 6= Wolves 7= Stars 8= Rockets

Anyone send me a link to the suits??? -
Yes, I am a Poole fan but this my opinion on this wolves team. 1.Freddie= Is a quality rider at Wolves, but everyone gives KK stick but this guy is pretty more away from home= 8/10 2. Howarth= There is a reason why Matt never brought into the team full team. Very Inconsistent but is Ok. If he gets some form but he is just average=6/10 3. Skornicki= This guy is useless. Was rubbish at Blue riband. Put fancy things on your race suit if your a top 10 rider in the world. The moment you signed him, there went your title chances=4/10 4. Thorssell= Awesome at home, rubbish away. Thank you. 7/10 (simply because you won't lose at home) 5. Masters= Good racer. If he gets some good rides at Edinburgh will do well. My question does he want to get to the next level. I have heard that a bit like Batch is a very lazy rider sometimes. 7/10 6. Clegg= Below average will only ever get to Howarth level= 5/10 7. Greaves= Is now in 3 top flight year and has improved to the level of national league still= 2/10
