  1. Grajczonek listed as riding for Poole on the Leicester website. Either way cannot see anything but another home loss sadly.
  2. Agree with that. Surprised that Mountain hasn’t figured in plans so far with how well he rides the track. Pieszczek looks incredibly uncomfortable on the grippy surface we now have. Making starts but struggling to turn the bike. Shame because he showed excellent form early in the season
  3. An on form Nicolai Klindt at reserve could definitely help win the meeting for the Pirates. His scores for us in 2016 whilst having a short stint at no.6 were significant, including a seven ride paid max!
  4. For the sake of all Rye supporters I hope you can run again next year.
  5. Not sure I particularly disagree with what you are saying. However the validity of this along with most of your posts is questionable when you do not appear to know what year it is.
  6. Exactly. I’d say a decent win for the Stars on the basis that you’re riding at home. Against Leicester. And we very rarely win away meetings.
  7. Was definitely on track. Right up against the kerb. Did seem a bit odd
  8. Hard to say with any accuracy but I think crowds at Leicester look to be pretty much at last years levels, if not actually a little better
  9. Pretty sure Nicolai Klindt scored 20 or 21 a couple of years back riding at reserve
  10. Makes you wonder why that wasn’t made clearer when the signings were announced on the website? Personally glad that Danny is still in the picture though. Think he would of enjoyed tonight’s rather grippy track.
  11. We can’t use Lasse or Erik as we did not declare them in the team at the start of this season. Unless we get some sort of special permission off the SCB or BSPA or the RSPCA or whoever’s in “charge” of whatever.
  12. Judging by the fact our last 2 away performances were terrible, plus we have the usual scenario of riders missing, plus we have a young Polish rider who will probably struggle around Monmore, plus we have a no.1 who isn’t scoring much at the moment....I reckon it’s nailed on we’ll win. Not.
  13. Hope is nice but prefer the pubs in Castleton
  14. You were obviously scared to death of facing the mighty roar of the Lions. And judging by our last 2 away performances rightly so
  15. Sarjeant was excellent, looks comfortable when he makes a gate. Regarding averages, I think only programmed rides count, so heat 15 riders/scorers are irrelevant to the GSA’s. However with my overall knowledge of speedway rules/regs I could be completely wrong.
  16. Really pleasently surprised by the whole team performance, including the guests. Didn’t see us winning that meeting. Bjerre couldn’t seem to get out of the gate all night, bike issues maybe & his brother was in the pits helping quite a bit too. But I’d like to have seen him in heat 15. Pushed Thorssell real close in heat 13, fancy he might have got us a 3-3. Good 3 points though against a strong team.
  17. Totally agree. Andersen R/R surely better. Unless Newman & Pieszczek are on top form I feel we’re doomed, doomed I tell ye.
  18. Yep he’s definitely in the lineup. As is Kyle Howarth for the Wolves too.
  19. Looking at the original line-ups of both teams, the stars would be missing only NKI whilst we’d be missing only Hans Andersen when this date was pencilled in. Whilst that’s still far from ideal maybe some thought that was a fair compromise. At the time anyways.
