Had a very nice trip from bmth airport which is only 10 mins down the rd and fantastic hotel friday nite at airport. Taxi trip of 40 mins to nice hotel in town. I have listed my thoughts on german gp and british gp. german british access good good box excellent good food excellent ok staff excellent rubbish toilets excellent ok security excellent rubbish pit access excellent bad track rubbish good atmosphere none fantastic all in all very good first try and lets hope the bad bits get better next year.

I have said before and i will say again the bloke is a moody, bad loser no brain plum. Must admit i cant stand him and he brings nothing to the g.p. Will he be floating around outside the top 8 next year again, YES. Chris on the other hand is a good racer and a nice chap and i know he will be in next year

Now thats a good question and one i ask myself. What would change my mind. Iam not sure really if there is anything that would change our minds. The way the sport is run under the bspa is not correct and i wouldnt give money to clubs knowing it could be used towards the fees for the bspa to send on whatever they choose. Invest in british speedway. If there was a proper training programme for kids and i mean like in poland and so on abroad i would be glad to put funds into this as long as it was used for the kids. The thing with speedway is you wont whatever company you are get a return on speedway. The people that generally do it love speedway and the ones who think they will get a return dont hang around long because they dont. We have a yearly sponsorship budget of 100.000 which is split 80% speedway 20% motocross and since 2001 when we came into speedway have spent approx 600.000 on uk clubs- riders and sgp. Now this is not a large amount compared to very large companys and more high profile sports and most people think were mad doing it but at the end of the day we like speedway and many people we have meet in it. If more companys came into speedway and put the same or more money into it maybe it would help change things for all the clubs. Unfortunutly all sponsors seem to be knocked all the time and this maybe puts others coming in, i dont mind as use to it now But there we go thats what i think but others have there way at looking at it and who is right or wrong who knows I will stop boring you now.

At least he tried and lost a lot of his money doing it. He thought he could change things for the better but didnt reckon on the AS- H-LES, sorry bspa and fellow promoters closed shop.

Thats exactly right. At the present time its not worth putting one penny into british speedway as your wasting your time and money.

not the bel, top riders do not need the money from england. The income from poland, sweden sgp and the sponsorship they recieve is more than enough. All the extra costs of rideing in england soon eat up there points money. I am not interested in having a rider in the bel just europe and sgp.

What utter rubbish, British speedway is the problem. Dont blame the bsi for the state its in but look to the bspa, promoters, the tracks and so on.

Correct, party poker have in excess of 4 millon customers and if each one only spends 10 pounds thats a lot of money. Also they are a spin off of 888. com another very small company.

You seem to think the bigger the company the more they spend. This is not the case and they dont hang around for very long.

Wrong again, it was fiat uk/ europe who backed the series and they did not renew their 5 yr contract as gone moto-gp. Everybody knocks all the sponsors but some sponsors are better than none.
