Looking for an honest answer here.
Realistically will your new stadium be finished & open come July ?
I think it is a huge gamble to give a new track am FIM event so close to building completion date.
That track could have a number of issues like BV did which would be a disaster for FIM , SCB & Swindon .
I was of the understanding that Beaumont Sports Complex lease the land & own the stadium which DH is the sole director of & that this company was of a sound financial state & that it is Leicester Speedway who are mere tennants of the stadium are the company with difficulty's .
if this is the case then how can the council re-take control of the land if they have no defaulted on payments.
How does it all stand legally regarding the Readypower asset base?
Can the BSPA just strip them of things that Readypower have paid thousands of pounds for with no re-imbursement ???
Davy Watt could be a very shewd signing by the Rocket's i sincerely hope Davy can find his way in the sport again because it was clear at Leicester last season he had completely fell out of love with the sport & was struggling personally. He is such a nice person off the track who has come in for alot as stick in the past seasons so hopefully he can stick the V upto the haters & produce the goods for Rye
Just a general observation ,
If the outstanding issues regarding race night can be resolved which night would fans like to see racing in Leicester bearing in mind Sweden & Denmark run Tuesdays & Wednesdays respectively during the height of summer.
A very solid looking start to your team building , I feel Cameron Heeps will have a break through season in 2017 & he is a must for Rye House if not I would gladly welcome him at Leicester
Really looking forward to attending OTA again next season I just hope I have a Leicester team to support .
Just on a side note do you think Paul Starke will be in the Somerset side ? I would love to see him back at Leicester if he is not with you.
I have been told by a very good source that there is 2 parties shown a solid intent to run speedway at Leicester next season. These parties were handed a list of conditions of running speedway at Leicester as long as your arm by DH , the main one's were that the team must remain in the top flight which is why Dave Darcy attended the AGM & declared intent to run Premiership because if they didn't declare at the AGM they could not run. Dave Darcy has no part in either of the interested parties & purely attended the AGM because he is the only registered promotor at Leicester .
Another of these conditions was that the stadium was only availble on weekends because there was no longer anyone at the stadium during the week to open & lock up. This appears to be the major issue at the moment with progress on both parties.
The lions for first time ever provided updates via their facebook today after all the complaint about it they seem to be sorting it out.

i actually think they did a brilliant job getting the word out that there was a match .
I am coming over to support Szymon Wozniak making his debut for Wroclaw . On paper this looks like a brilliant match i just hope the scores are kept close & it isn't a drab drawn out affair you sometimes get at the AFA.
