don't think a trip into Norfolk is a treat

Was looking to get my first speedway fix of the season for Klindt's testimonial as the line up is looking decent. Just seen it's on mothers day so won't be making the trip into dodgy Norfolk

A long stay sponsor has confirmed they're sponsoring again this season and been told all the plans etc but just can't release that info until they have made it public once the sale fully goes through. Even though it's painful and seems so long to hear any news some will be coming soon

Yes some fair points. For me these clubs just want it to fall on there laps. How many teams actively try and promote the sport in the towns and surrounding areas? Ipswich have a partnership with Ipswich Town in last few years and crowds are very good at Foxhall but with a bit more promoting it could be even better. There's companies wanting to spend money to avoid tax it's just going out and getting them. Amateur sport has to do this so why shouldn't "professional speedway"

Got to remember this will be a watered down league. If 36 for 6 riders then a few mid range guys will be out of jobs

personally it's encouraging the weaker riders to make it more competitive instead of getting better riders over to make it more competitive. And of course at a price that makes the public doubt whether to go or not

IF team building is 40 like the season just gone then we would need to change 1 rider min. This is with 2.5% reductions. Emil 8.21 Doyle 7.86 Tom 7.04 Ellis 5.92 Dan T 5.87 Howarth 5 39.9 RS - Edwards

Going off the average of 40 per team as per the last couple of seasons.

We're 1.4 over the limit after british reductions. If we're bringing Rew back then at least 2 changes will have to be made unless he replaces Doyle or Emil which then would make the team weaker imo
