Win loose or draw a speedway fan should allways turn up.week after week, i cant because of work but would never not go to derwent park when off work remember 1980 when we only won 2 matches its still your team support through thick and thin!

Have thought all along its all down to mr godfrey just wish someone had the balls to stand up to him and to force the other teams to come when we have use of derwent park.

Reading the peterboro thread they are ok to ride on fridays due to the stadium being free, wonder if we could try the same sure town would play ball lol.

The only people who make money in speedway are the tuners and stadium owners without both we woud be screwed .

Thought we done ok at fours today just a couple of unlucky rides from mason and we could have got to final.hindsight is a wonderful thing but if young dan had been at reserve he could have had 4 rides just look at how well berwick used theirs !

Well.done to young dan on the reserve birth dont think the track will do him any favours but will learn alot just being in the pits ,well done to steve lawson for getting him where he is .

Was good to see craig cook in the pits with kyle and offering advice after match with kyle having a practice , he is well on the pace just needs one win and he will be lifted.

We have a new angry aussie the last one was mal in the 70s welcome ty the new angry aussie.he was well stuffed in the last heat where as nic and harris both rode hard but left room for for others to ease off or give it a go .

That was a good nights racing and a great result without dan lets hope laura keeps her nerve and we are not screwed over the fixtures sounded like a godfrey trick again .

Their is no better time to promote we have the runner up in the british final than now a good local prospect riding well just dont come tonight as he aint here .

The report on the bspa website about tonights match has one telling line "dan bewley is AGAIN missing for workington to ride abroad " sums up our season so far .

Just seen the line up for the "fours" 2 of our top 4 seem to be missing does poland have first call? Young kyle has done alot of laps at redcar but its a big ask to have him at reserve for this meeting .

I think the dates are fri 29/6 sun 22 /7 and.fri 28/9 one is a reserved date middle one grand prix weekend last one we are usually finished for the season.

Rene should have done alot better does he have his best gear in poland?,watched young kyle at belle vue on mon he was well on the pace thought he should be picking up.some points now but not being at glasgow its hard to tell.
