Use you head and think, how many people are going to turn up when the home nation is not even riding in the World Cup because they haven't qualified! Yes I agree it would be good to have it on a neutral track like in Czech Rep but its never going to happen because there would be no one there with no home team to support.

And then there will only be about 1000 people there watching it! You can see with that crowd tonight and atmosphere why they have it in Poland every few years. Got a feeling though it could be back in Vojens next year.

I won tonight on some matchups on Skybet and also GB to get less then 3 heats wins and to score less then 26 points on Stan James.

With a massive crowd like that great atmosphere and a great racetrack, just showed how crap the World Cup was at Reading last year!!

I can't understand all the fuss about Walasek. They said the guy was ill, he could of been throwing his guts up in the corner of the pits but just because the cameras didn't show it everyone presumes it is made up. What about Kennett suddenly having an shoulder injury, when did that happen. Same for Holder.

On a side note, I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure Crump didn't break a conrod when he went through the tapes on the joker. If you watch the replay closely you could see his hand let the clutch out. Also if a conrod goes it doesn't throw you forward into the tapes, the engine just goes bang.

Harris and Nicholls are GP riders and should have top equipment but were not on the pace till near the end. The British team is just no where near good enough.

Great Britain were terrible. Couldn't understand all the fuss about Mondays win and not wanting to go to the race off. Thats 5 years on a trot now the winner has come from the race off. I think they need to look at changing the format as going to the race off is such a big advantage. The only team not to win from the race were the very strong Australian teams.

Poland are so annoying, knew they would win tonight but they should of won easily on Thursday too, cost me a lot of money with their messing about in the first 5 heats on Thursday and then not using the joker.

Wonder if Nicholls had Poole 2004 in his mind in heat 25 tonight when he passed Andersen to stop Denmark getting at least a raceoff.

Can't understand why Poland have replaced Balinski with Holta, Balinsky did quite well on Thursday.

Think the bookies won quite a lot tonight. Poland were terrible over the 5 heats or so, if they had ridden like they did at the end of the meeting they would have won easily.

Skybet and Sporting Odds got them up now.

Half an hour to go and with the lack of lineups none of the bookies are doing any rider matchups, heat betting etc.

Think it will be Poland and Australia. But part of me thinks don't rule the Swedes out. Remember in 2003 I think when Rickardsson got injured and they replaced him with Ljung and they still got through and won the final. But don't think it will happen again. Think the Russians will do better then Monday on a big track but not good enough to qualify. Should be good meeting, normally one of the best of the year.

Yes they did, Sky announced twice that the start had been delayed due to crowd trying to get in and they showed the queues outside, racing didn't start until just before 8pm.

No you can't, best alternative was on Skybet, hosts to win event 1, 2 & raceoff at 5/2. The first two have happened, just need Poland to win on Thursday now.

Won quite a lot of Russia to beat USA at 23/20. Did a lot of heat betting, won quite a few but two riders cost me quite a bit of money, Jonas Davidsson and Peter Karlsson! Davidsson was unbelieveable and Karlsson was very inconsistent.
