  1. If you want to know a brilliant place to park your minibus for £2 for the day within 5 mins walk of the stadium PM me and I'll tell you. We've parked our mini bus in this place for the last 5 years and it's been great. No offence to others but not going to put it in public on here as more and more people are finding this place each year and don't want to get there and find we can't park
  2. Noticed Tomasz Jedrzejak did well for Wroclaw after a bad first heat. Always liked that lad and would like to see him at Belle Vue again.
  3. After the balls up about Chas and Dave at Cardiff don't know if we should beleive this or not.
  4. Yes there seems to be quite a few people going off here as its so cheap to get to. You can fly to Dusseldorf or Dortmund both not far from Gelsenkirchen, lots of budget airlines fly there. Have a look here http://www.skyscanner.net very good website for finding the cheapest flights. We are flying from Luton to Dusseldorf with Air Berlin, got it for £42 each.
  5. Go here : http://world.speedway.org/0000/wc/i/ click scroll down to the bottom and click on the years. 1995-2004.
  6. The qualifier Stead and Allen are in looks a lot tougher than the other ones.
  7. I know this is a bit late but that is a load of rubbish they told you, we had a similar scenerio, someone extra wanted to join us after we had booked, I rang them up gave them the booking number and managed to get a seat 2 rows directly behind us.
  8. I wouldn't worry not all of our tickets came in one go, we got one lot on Wednesday and the rest today.
  9. One lot of our tickets came today, we've got two lots ordered at different times.
  10. German GP has to be the easiest and cheapest one to get to, with a number of airports close by and lots of budget airlines flying to them to choose from. We got Air Berlin from Luton to Dusseldorf for £42 each.
  11. Booked them couple of months ago, Luton to Dusseldorf with Air Berlin for £42 each.
  12. Oops posted this in the wrong section! someone delete it please as there isn't a delete option.
  13. First meeting of these two teams this year, any news on the Ipswich guest?
  14. So no offence but its going to be a bit of a farce then Germany being in the final. Bit like Hungary today.
  15. Can't advise on bars, but can advise take lots of money as its very very expensive there.
  16. Same site as British Gp tickets : http://www.seetickets.com/see/event.asp?o%...=20&filler1=see
  17. SKY have nothing to do with the cameras. All the cameras are provided and operated by the host country, in this case Sweden, every country gets the same feed. All SKY do is put the commentary over the top from the Studio in London. The only GP SKY have cameras at is the British GP, where they provide all the camera work.
  18. I never said Pedersen did it deliberately, I said he was out of control again which he was. He went over the inside line trying to go through a gap that wasn't there, and then lifted and was out of control and t-boned Jagus.
  19. Not a bad GP tonight, but could have been better, track was very poor. Crump was very poor again, his fall was very bizarre, but typical Crump dragging his bike off the track even though injured. Nicholls and Lindback were crap again, Bjarne Pedersen was very poor, but Lindgren was a big surprise. Felt sorry for Jagus taken off by Pedersen. Andersen looked like he had it sewn up but then seemed to fall asleep towards the end and a great pass from Adams up the inside to take the win.
  20. Promotors have been trying for a few years to get him over here. Typical out of control Pedersen again causing another pileup, was very similar to what he did to Simon Stead at Belle Vue a few weeks ago when Stead went over the fence.
  21. Some good pics there, like the close up ones in the pits of the bikes etc, different to some of the usual boring pages and pages of single action photos.
  22. SWC is getting a bit of a farce with some of these weak teams now. Think they should maybe just seed two teams straight into the final then 4 other teams battle out for the other two places.
  23. I would think he will be riding, he didn't break his wrist.
