The main bar in Peter Craven suite won't be accessible as being used for restaurant hospitally. The food counters in the concourse sell lager, cider and bitter I think. Before opening time there is the Longsight Social club just down from stadium other side of the school.

No standing sold out a while ago. Presume when it sells out there will be announcements on sgp website and Twitter etc saying don't turn up. There will be Friday tickets available, nothing been said yet if they going to be available on the day, presume they will.

The way you are going on you would think it was the day before the meeting and people are already travelling, it's 10 days away yet plenty of notice! Can you park outside Cardiff for £5, no, park & ride ride there is £8 and local car parks are £12-15. Manchester City Council are organising this and treating it as a major event in the city, you can't park at Etihad stadium for other events for £5.

You will still be able to access hotel, road will be closed further up past greyhound stadium. You could get train but looking at timetable they seem to be every 2 hours at weekend? I'd get bus they are every few mins and will only take 10 mins

About 2 miles, not really Yes bus. Several buses you can get like 201,203, 204 that go down Hyde road, get off when you see Showcase cinema, very frequent every few minutes from Piccadilly.

Kirkmanshulme Lane will be closed to traffic and local residential streets will have temporary residents permit scheme. Wouldnt bother with Ryder brow trains very infrequent. Official parking will be at Etihad stadium with a shuttle bus system.

Where does the track equipment come from used at Cardiff? I haven't see the hydraulic rotating grader used at any other tracks?

Grandstand tickets have been sold out for weeks, standing on back straight and first bend also sold out. 903 seats (100 less then earlier in the week) available in temporary stand on 3rd/4th bend and standing available on 3rd/4th bend in front of stand.
