Unattached NL rider should be their only option to replace a banned rider ? To think that a 'punishment' makes a team stronger really is the most laughable sports product going!

I respect your thoughts/opinions Brian, as I always do.....but that's what make people 'good' managers (imo)…... tactically, I'd have probably brought Shanes in at Heat 9 and that's because I'd have backed him over Nielsen ? But you can't not make a change because u hope to go 6 points down ....I know we all think differently......my posts are just my opinions. Being a manager cant be easy ....you have to study the opposition and gate positions ALL through the meeting etc......may be it's a 2 man job ? My initial post wouldn't have been made had the text updates been correct!? P.s may I add ...I respect Laurence and he's far more knowledgeable than me....I'm just saying what 'I' think.....I don't expect or suggest anyone agrees with me ? : )

Why didn't Shanes replace Agertoft in Heat 11??????? Diabolical management tactics again......cost us our first away win !!! Make our next signing someone who can tactically manage, or at least get Rogers some help!?

I hear what you're saying. He's still young and maturity hits different riders at different ages!? I hope he stays injury free, because he's a revelation so far as entertainment goes at PB! The last rider I saw ride a bike like Jason was the 'brilliant/breath taking' Kelly Moran !?

I think I was more disappointed with Ellis when he went AWOL for the Glasgow away trip? a weekend in France....whilst the rest of the lads get a good hiding ? Any way, that's in the past and we've moved on!

Can't see us hanging on to Jason....? I wouldn't be too fussed to see Aarnio back ? But I can definitely see Shanes/Paco/Morris back.... Ellis might miss too many meetings? I'd choose Garrity over Ellis if all day long...….

We've got to steer away from these excuses GA....we've given fans enough ammunition already this season (electricity failure etc...) Just teasing : )

Just have to thank the Promotion for not letting our season fizzle out, which would have been a very easy option! Instead they give us Jason Garrity !!! He is without doubt the most exciting rider i've seen at Perry Barr in a very long time! On the form he's showing, he'll be back in the England set up before too long!

A fair point made...be interesting to hear what other fans (from all clubs) think about this point? Develop a young reserve, or take ALL match points? (when there's nothing but pride to race for ....)

I have to disagree with you there Col.....? we needed the points to prevent Eastbourne getting an away point? Shanes was the right call imo....... Eastbourne still had a chance of picking something up going in to Heat 15 .

Great win! As previously mentioned, the track needs somebody on it who knows what they're doing ? Garrity was 'again' brilliant value for money....but Rider of the Night has to go to James Shanes.... how he got passed Lawson in heat 15 was fabulous! I still think the manager needs a little education when it comes to tactics ? I know we won and it doesn't matter now...but it could've been different? My suggestion: Heat 10 with the scores 28-26 Agertoft should've been replaced by Jenkins (both had no chance of beating Newman/Kerr) that would've completed Jenkins 3 rides... Which would've allowed 'Shanes' to take Jenkins place in Heat 11 whereby he'd of easily beat Wood/Bowtell ? Well done to Aarnio...looked good when he made the gate!
