Great to see Danyon get signed up at Leicester.....albeit in the NL....an injury free season in the NL won't do him any harm at all. Not sure Leicesters track will suit his all-out racing style though (hopefully they'll have sorted that dodgy 3rd/4th bend out?) Good luck to Danyon....he'll be missed at PB.

So, with 5.54 to play with,,are there any 'Championship' experts out there who can guess who our final acquisition might be ? Having been stuck in the NL for so long, I've lost touch with the 'Championship' talent?

I totally agree with Shanes over Davey, I just thought that the management have a close relationship with Mitch? Ideally, we could do with someone with a bit more of a 'punch' than both riders....imo! I'm fed up of reading about 'our' 2 new foreign riders not being good enough ??? it's obvious that we've had to take them on due to the stupid 'asset' rule! Instead of an 'ass'-et rule, there should be a 'minimum' Brit inclusion rule imo!

It will definitely be Shanes or Davey imo....(I'm leaning towards it being Davey?)

I agree with UK Martin and GA! I’m just grateful to be watching championship speedway! Thank you David/Peter Mason . I salute you. You definitely deserve my hard earned money through the turnstiles next season!

I think Shanes would be my pick to have back..... If we fail to sign any of our previous team, then I'd look at Conor Coles or Danny Ayres.....both would be good reserves imo

Let's see what the final line-up is before we start to become over critical of the 'promotion', who in fairness are taking a massive financial gamble to give 'us' the supporters something we've been craving and yearning for in a very long time! Beggars can't be choosers as they say ? Watching Championship speedway week in, week out is good enough for me!

We can't base his 'current' form on his performances 3 years ago ? surely he's improved since then ? It's not his ability, or lack of that's the issue....it's signing him at the expense of future British talent ! Over to the manager to explain? which he usually does quite well in fairness ?

I don't mean my 'post' to sound as harsh as it might appear to? Leon is obviously an outstanding talent....I'm just reflecting on how difficult some of the so called 'better' riders fair'd last season ? I really hope he has a great season at Berwick!

Leon isn't good enough for the Championship just yet ! imo.....
