From photos it seems to be riding slick so I imagine Tofty may enjoy it more. Jake loves a bit of a trick track that he can lockup on. And Wrighty just gets on with it regardless. If Morris can ride like Wednesday, Thompson like his visit there the other week it could make for an interesting meeting!

Who would you have got in? Baring in mind both Morris and Bowtell have ridden for Newcastle, and Morris hit form at Birmingham on Wednesday.

He did, but it won't come into effect till next Sunday. It also won't matter as he is a rising star, I was just pointing out how this time there is no advantage using that rule

Even without the rising star system, both riders would be eligible to guest based on averages (Kemp for Rowe is average based) Rowe 4.23 Kemp 3.58 Jenkins 4ish (established last home meeting) Thompson 2.00 (hasn't done 4h&4a yet)

Not sure how it was manipulation? Any rider that hadn't rode in the Championship was given a 1* rating. Even if they'd been given a 2* a 39 point limit would still be in place. In no world would the Thompson's be given a 3* along with Flint, Bickley etc.

Proctor has dropped around 1.5 points. Bates has dropped slightly but his 2.5% reduction has also been taken off so he's dropped more than shows.
