Great to read this. -

Returning to getting feedback from customer, NHS clinic has just asked me to rate my visit this week and comment. -
Survival of The Premiership?

I wouldn’t be surprised to see some current tracks go Nora in 2024 - plenty of clues around as to who they might be -
Survival of The Premiership?

Most businesses send out feedback request emails after a visit. I drive a Renault and get feedback questionnaire from both dealer and Renault -
So, you would rather have no speedway to watch. I take opposite view and just enjoy the racing.

Woofy returns in 2024
FromBendThree replied to IronScorpion's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
No Wolves, no Peterborough, no Lynn. Looks thin. Some teams might be promoted - Oxford, Poole and Glasgow- but that leaves Championship threadbare. Not sure if what I’ve read about Plymouth is true but that looks like an application to join Nora. NDL is staggering from what I have been told. -
Without Keith Chapman Stars would have closed. is that what you want? no-one else to pay the bills.
-
Looks to me as if Polish clubs will decide on case-by-case whether a rider can compete in UK.
-
Easy answer: BSPL pay rates must be way below what they earn in league racing. Has long been case for rider championships
-
Supporters who have seen clubs close because promoter ran out of money will have no problems in Keith Chapman running the Stars to budget. Having said that, I hope he keeps Laguta. If you want an example, look at Eastbourne where the Arlington. Stadium is now just for cars with the bikes banished. Ask an Eastbourne fan if they would prefer ‘on budget’ speedway or no speedway.

Sheffield v Leicester (Prem R1)
FromBendThree replied to RideHard's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Leicester have really thrown a spanner in the works. Belle Vue. Sheffield, Wolverhampton and Ipswich seemed from the off destined for play offs. Now Leicester have muscled in and a big name will miss out. Makes for exciting league. -
I thought Jason looked awkward in Wolves meeting. My memory says Rowe did well in the ‘test’ match at Lynn against Denmark. Jason also needs to be harder in first bend. However, convinced his time will come.

Lots of rumours around. Peterborough to ride at Saddlebow Road appears to be gaining traction. Madness, surely.
-
Huge roar went up. A dramatic race which ended with the home fans going wild. On another social channel, someone said you would have thought we had just won the league. Tradition is important but so is innovation. Promoters have got it right with super heat. There was real tension as race evolved and everyone was talking about it.

King's Lynn v Wolves 15/06/23
FromBendThree replied to Bald Bloke's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Saw Lynn v Sheffield and it was dire. Tonight totally different…great meeting, plenty of effort from Stars. Hard to find superlatives for Artem. Class personified. A real fillip for the Stars and am delighted for Mr Chapman. He deserved to see Kings Lynn deliver a really entertaining match. Well done -
I’ve heard rumours of Poole moving to Arlington. No idea if it is true but long ago Wimbledon decamped to Sussex.

Didn’t expect this when I heard about changes for Monday

Last chance saloon for some, I would imagine. -

Really thought Stars would have made at least one more change. There was little fight last week. -
Fair dos

I’ve seen some rubbish kings Lynn teams but tonight’s was the worst by a mile, Laguta excepted. Cost me a fortune to see that.

Kyllingstad failing to turn left on first corner

Worse Lynn team since Kennett/Woods era

I am only referring to unexpected, strange call offs. I wish I had written them all down.
