Teams really are gonna need a 10+ point advantage going into heat 13 with the way Sayfutdinov and Doyle are going so far
-
I know they beat a poor Lynn side but that’s a very solid line up Sheffield have put together, contributions top to bottom, not sure whether the two heat leaders at the witches would be able to overcome that even with an 8 point swing in heats 13 & 15
-
Is it confirmed Nicki isn’t coming back or just hyperbole on this thread?
-
I think those who where hanging off every word from the used car salesman where always gonna be let down sooner rather than later, let’s just focus on the team we have. Kings Lynn got pumped the other night and they aren’t in meltdown, one swallow doesn’t make a summer
-
Michael is that you?
-
Dudek is who we should of got in the first place, saying that I hope we see Nicki back next Monday to
-
Almost one I’d like to get out the way early

I really can’t warm to him, I wish if he didn’t have anything constructive to say about speedway in this country which is having a tough time anyway don’t say anything
-
Buster went off on a tangent about the bikes not having any low down grunt anymore and that’s what caused Nicki’s crash when asked about the state of the track Monday night, like you said…it’s 2023
-
The annoying thing is these fellas talk amongst each other like any other industry does, when words spreads that it’s a ‘dangerous’ track no other top rider is going to want to step in
-
We’re probably begging Chris Holder now for forgiveness
-
Nicki has soreness in his back and a couple of swollen fingers…no timeframe given

I know this is the last year at the showground but it really p’d me off last night that it was simple stuff done to a poor standard last night which is detrimental to the fan experience, especially when bringing new people along, thankfully the racing was good. No signs saying use both lanes into the car park resulting in long queues into the car park, same issues getting out after the meeting. no separate queue for season ticket holders. floodlight issues, where these not checked earlier in the day? Same for the track, did nobody look earlier in the day? Couldn’t hear rider interviews because crap music was being played over the top of them. It’s all simple stuff really that I wish they got on top of over the winter but clearly haven’t.

Emil Sayfutdinov and Co bring in the crowds?
JoeW436 replied to Phil's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Since the line ups in the league seem stronger generally I’m sure they will, 4/5 years ago they probably wouldn’t of bothered -

I had a couple of friends travel up from Hertfordshire last night because of the riders on show, I’m sure that was the case for a few others to -
A strange night of speedway, especially when losing your #1 rider on the first lap of the season
-
F*ck me what a shambles
-
Not seen a queue like this on the road to get into the showground since the grand final 06
-
Weather perfect for it if a little chilly, reckon we might be a bit undercooked so Ipswich by a tight score line 44-46
-
Hopefully, takes far too long for racing lines to develop with the crap they’ve had on it in recent years
-
Hans is confirmed as captain, any success we have this season is probably dependent on how well he goes more so than any other rider

PCMT 20th march

You’d hope the majority of the 1/5’s in the premiership teams could make the re staging -
Hosing down in Peterborough, shame for press and practice

Predictions for Prem 2023 as teams stand ...
JoeW436 replied to Pauldoveyspeedway's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
I’d rather someone said why they have teams in certain spots, not sticking Ipswich bottom like someone did with no explanation…they possibly might be bottom but I don’t think anyone else can see that happening
