I was also there and that was also against Sheffield if I remember rightly… our team fancied it (Ben Barker especially), but the Sheffield team looked at it and said “nope”, the track looked fine and would have been bang on after the first heat

Yep, considering they wouldn’t have had Chris H, I think Sheffield wanted the postponement also… probably more so than us 🤷🏻‍♂️ the track needed a hell of a lot of work doing to it after the stock cars on Saturday and Buster couldn’t do anything Sunday because it was soaking wet. Lynn had Kvech and were getting a guest for Ben and I know for a fact Lynn wanted the meeting on (despite what brainless people on here think or say) and as you say, Simon Stead and Sheffield have been awfully quiet

I just can’t see Lynn getting rid of him because there is literally no one else to go for… and as much as 4th place is pretty much a no hope, they really don’t want to make the team any weaker unless there’s no other option 🤷🏻‍♂️ as sometimes R/R is better than signing a weaker rider

As you can see from the team I put above… Kvech was in the team for tomorrow night riding at 5!… but Ben Cook wasn’t going to be riding, Lynn were looking for a guest for him and I’m not sure they had one yet when the meeting was postponed
