  1. I didn't word my post well, I was trying to say it would've been 7.51 left for a final rider if Schlein was on his Wolves average of 5.89. Schlein would be on a 5.39 so he's well worth a punt at reserve considering you're getting 0.50 discount off his average before the get go.
  2. It's a decent side but like you said when you compare it to other teams rumoured 1-7's then it doesn't look that good. Lawson scored 8 or more points (Excluding Bonus Points) in 9 out of 15 Home meetings for Leicester this season so Howarth has got big shoes to fill. Still no real solid backup for Fricke as well which is a worry, The Lions need the real Luke Becker to turn up next season.
  3. Was a small rumour in regards to Oxford but I think that's all it was as it's all gone quiet on that front with everything pointing towards the one change after Stewart's comments in Leicester's Lawson PR.
  4. I've got no idea as I had Musielak down for the No.1 race jacket.
  5. Going with the flow of recent rumours as I always do as it keeps the forum traffic up. Way under the limit but a large chunk of the budget would be splashed out on the No.1 & No.5, Common knowledge that Zagar asks for big money and Musielak would be on No.1 money as well. 1. Musielak 8.21 2. Sedgmen 4.79 3. S. Worrall 5.69 4. Rew 5.67 or Z. Cook 5.57 5. Zagar 7.50 (Reassessed Average) 6. Kerr 4.77 7. Edwards (RS)
  6. Going with the flow in regards to Schlein, Worth a punt now imo as he'll slot in at reserve on a converted Championship average (5.39) instead of the last average he attained at Wolverhampton (5.89). 1. 8.01 (8.00 Assessed rider) 2. Riss 5.55 3. Janowski 7.02 4. Wright 6.32 5. Tungate 7.71 6. Schlein 5.39 7. Killeen (RS)
  7. 7.51 if Schlein's on his Wolves average with no 2.5% Reduction.
  8. It doesn't but just going with the flow as always, The rest of the team must be awful as the budget will be gone on the top two.
  9. Assuming Peter's mate (Riss) and Wright are retained then it leaves 13.40 for two riders. If Schlein is at Oxford (I don't believe for one second that he is) but just going with the flow then you'd be looking for someone on a mid to high 7's GSA. Conclusion it's a Sam Masters sized gap.
  10. Lawson, Kerr, Z. Cook, Rowe & Carins (When Available) leaves 8.74 for two Former Pirate Ablitt 4.91 who's not at Scunny leaves 3.85 which means Foord 3.90 wouldn't fit but the rumoured Paul Starke does. Foord would've been retained if it was Hagon or Thomsen at No.2.
  11. Only explanation is that Ablitt is at No.2 which doesn't leave enough points for Foord. Could easily have retained Foord with one of Hagon/Thomsen.
  12. 1. Lawson 2. Ablitt 3. Z. Cook 4. Rowe 5. Kerr 6. Starke 7. Cairns (When Available)
  13. 1. S. Worrall 2. Harrison 3. S. Lambert 4. Mountain 5. Allen 6. Z. Kennedy 7. D. Kennedy
  14. I don't understand this decision especially considering that Vuolas and Vissing are unlikely to return. No replacement available either unless the management want to take a punt on injury prone Palm-Toft, Other than MPT nobody else is available on a 7+ GSA. Pickering, Brennan & B. Cook -> Not riding in the Championship. Lawson & Kerr -> Poole Harris, D. Thompson & Howarth -> Glasgow Masters & Nicholls -> Oxford Wright & King -> Redcar S. Worrall & Allen -> Scunthorpe Schlein -> Berwick Sedgmen & Castagna -> Edinburgh
  15. Realistic team and not a fantasy one based on Lindgren doing 3 Leagues as he might not do many fixtures in Sweden with a squad system in place. Wolverhampton select side with 5 British based riders. 1. Lindgren 2. Z. Cook 3. Schlein 4. S. Worrall 5. Thorssell 6. Sedgmen or Kerr 7. Edwards (RS)
  16. That Rybnik line-up isn't bad at all considering they were late to the party and had a limited pool of riders to choose from.
  17. So possibly no Lindgren, Brennan, Z. Cook & Lampart now. Riders left from 2024 who didn't ride for Birmingham if all current rumoured Premiership 1-7's are correct. Vuolas, Rew?, Kerr, Wojdylo, Tarasenko, Mountain, Kemp, Bailey & J. Thompson
  18. Judging by the PR, I'm reading it as Stewart wanted Lawson to stay and perhaps Douglas would've been the one to make way (Birmingham) as it would've fell in line with the earlier rumours. Then as soon as Lawson wanted to go to King's Lynn, It was a no brainer to offer Douglas a return in 2025.
  19. Same. Wolves engine room of Schlein, S. Worrall and Z. Cook is a good shout assuming Rew heads to BV. Add in Thorssell and then it's 4 former Wolves riders.
  20. That's what I've got pencilled in. I think Leicester may struggle next season, Howarth for Lawson is a big downgrade imo. Richard stepped up and coverd for riders who were underperforming last season on a fair share of occasions which is why Stewart elected Richard for a lot of Heat 15's. Leicester need the real Luke Becker to turn up in 2025.
