  1. His dad has tweeted recently that his had although a bashed up it isn’t broken
  2. All he’s give you would be another 28 days of R/R grace with him never gracing these shores
  3. Depends if his van can do so many meetings in a short space!
  4. New guest needed now as Lewis Kerr out now until 6th May with the 9 day concussion rule
  5. Lewis Kerr out now with the 9 day concussion rule, so if this beats the weather a guest will be needed for Sheffield
  6. BSPL gave up Thursday night league protection when Poland said riders could ride in more leagues, so far Bewley, Emil & KK have come back so not the influx the BSPL would have hoped for. That means that if Poland arrange a rain off for a Thursday riders have to ride there rather than their UK club
  7. Guest for Holder at 1 (Kurtz or Masters ) and R/R for Musielak at 3 or 5 (he’s not back until first week in May) you’d imagine for Sheffield as guest, Ellis, Howarth, Bellego & Kerr all can take a ride each so should be able to get get 7-10 from 4 rides. Will be a strange one for Sheffield missing their top two riders but think with way team has been built to ride at Owlerton it should be a comfortable home win 51-39. As for Peterborough can’t remember how NKI last did at Owlerton, Andersen was pretty woeful last time, Worrall could get 3 or 10 he’s that inconsistent around there, Douglas usually good for a couple of race wins, Basso didn’t take to the track last year but more experience this time, be good to see how Ben Cook does around there and races between Jenkins and Gilkes not as vital in this I don’t think
  8. As for a Sheffield running R/R for Tobi, pre the call off of Wolves v Leicester guests were from Ipswich only, Doyle too high, Emil fly’s in and out for meetings only plus unsure if he can guest whilst on assessed average, that leaves King only, pretty sure that those eligible to tak an R/R ride for Sheffield (Holder, Ellis, Bellego, Howarth & Kerr) would equal or better what King would have got so at that point R/R was best way forward, now that Kings Lynns 2022 number 1 is available it makes sense to get him in to cover Tobi
  9. Worrall was riding in Germany on Saturday for Team GB and saw his mechanic post on FB that they were in Italy this morning so it’s obvious his kit was over in the continent already but didn’t fancy the back and forth flights for the league meeting tonight, easier and cheaper to stay put where he was for SEC and not have to possibly borrow gear if his best stuff is with him in Italy
  10. Unless Grudziadz have called him back to practice after yesterday knowing how they throw toys out of the pram
  11. This shouts out 60+ for Aces, best Peterborough can hope for is a weather intervention
  12. Away win on the cards, based on previous any of Holder, Ellis, Howarth and Kerr could be in the points, no sure how Bellego goes around there, Gilkes will have done laps around there. As for the Stars loss of Pickering at reserve is a massive kick in the nuts, depends what Klindt (first or last) and KK turn up as if they just go through the motions it’ll be a painful one
  13. He scored a lot more in the pairs and with his form so far he’s have been up there on the score chart
  14. 52-38 home win for Ipswich, the Witches should be pumped up after a good win away at Leicester, can’t seen Doyle and Sayfutdinov dropping many if any points, King and Rew had decent ends to Monday night so that should help also with improved scores at home on the horizon for them, Riss or R/R if he/it picks up 6 you’d be happy. Reserves will take points off each other in the meeting but expect Hulme/Thompson to get 5/6 between them both . As for Sheffield everyone knows Holder doesn’t like the track so anything near double figures would be a bonus for the Tigers, no Musielak which is a bummer for them even with an in form Nicholls guesting I can’t see 10+ points and that’s what needed when covering Tobiasz, Ellis has been bang out of form so far this season (no speed) and can’t see that changing at Foxhall where he’s inconsistent at best, Howarth will do his job or 6/7 points, Bellego not ridden there for a few seasons so again if he gets 6/7 that’d be his average, Kerr could be a busy man at reserve if those in top 5 aren’t scoring as for Gilkes it’s just about track time and experience, with the team of 6 above him been set up as they have there’s no pressure on the lad, if he picks points off Thompson/Hulme that’s a bonus
  15. 48-42 win for Plymouth, the 3 leaders from each side (Howarth/Worrall/Barker & Masters/Nicholls/Kerr) all in or around double figures but Starke & Gilkes second string combo should outscore Heeps & Jenkins to nick the win. You’d expect Atkins to get the points at reserve, unsure how Kileen will do around there, just wonder if Turner will get around the 3rd bend, can’t see Trigger troubling the scorers
  16. No T/S allowed so Doyle/Sayfutdinov can only score a max of 28 between them, the other Witches need to weigh in with some points especially with Rew and Sayfutdinov never riding there before, King needs to come to the party if Ipswich have any chance of an aggregate win
  17. If Peterborough were allowed a guest option instead of R/R I think they missed a trick not getting Kyle Howarth in, he might not be on an average near Nicki’s but he’s a track specialists who averaged over 9 points a meeting there last year regularly beating Lawson, Harris etc (can’t beat Morris as were in same team!), could easily have see him pick up 7-10 points tonight
  18. Stars to win 48-42, Jacobsen could be in for a busy night at reserve, 6/7 rides incoming!!
  19. If this one escapes the weather, can only see a Pirates win. The Gladiators will struggle at reserve berth with the way they’ve set their 1-7 up you’d expect them to only score a point in Ht 2 (when against each other) and not trouble the scorers for the rest of the night. Really think they need to drop either Howarth or Worrall alongside both reserves and try to pack the team so it’s more solid at the bottom end as the tail is far too long
