  1. Could be wrong, just what I’ve heard… not sure why you wouldn’t be interested in who other clubs are signing.
  2. Max Perry, the other 6 are in there.
  3. Disguised as doing great things for British Speedway…
  4. The issue is that riders have been paid excessively by certain clubs and now others have to pay over the odds to keep up.
  5. I’m sure it would be very appealing to Max to get binned 2 years in a row.
  6. You come up with some howling teams 🫣
  7. Wouldn’t say he’s on a false average, it’s probably about right for him. Notorious bottler in the big heats.
  8. 100%… I could see a lot of fans not returning if the team is anything like the last few years. We’ve been too loyal to riders recently and although Kye, Lasse and Paco have all shown they’re capable at different times, we cannot afford to have more than one of them in next years side. The mentality at the club needs to change as well, we were competitive every season for a long time but now we’re happy to aim for the playoffs, with no real expectation of actually winning. It’s all well and good for John and Alex to talk the talk… it’s now time for them to have some ambition again.
  9. I can’t see where we will get a new number 1 from unless Sam returns (unlikely). Also struggling to see where another heat leader will come from… I hope we can bring in some riders new to the league to freshen things up. I don’t think I could handle another season with the same dross we’ve put together for the last few years.
  10. No thanks, bottom end is very weak… I’d have Theo or Stene before I’d have Ace.
  11. With Josh focusing on Europe, I’d only have Max and Sedgy back. Max struggled after his injury but he is a no brainer on a 2.00 imo Justin has been phenomenal at home and solid away, it’s been great to have him back. Kye and Paco are great around the dale but poor away and we need a change. I’m not sure either have much improvement on their average. I think Lasse is better than his average, but I’d only have him back if he fits once we’ve sussed out the rest of our team. We need a massive shake up for 2025.
  12. Will be good to see the Thompson boys around Armadale again, Dan was phenomenal earlier in the season. An announcement for 2025 as well hopefully.
  13. Great performance and some good racing throughout tonight. Justin was always going to be a big miss but the rest of the lads stepped up well. Hume and Kemp probably deserved more for their efforts but the result was never in doubt. More of the same tomorrow hopefully
  14. So because Edinburgh, like other clubs run a streaming service at their own cost and Glasgow dont, BSN should go there?
  15. Get off your high horse, plenty of decent racing tonight at Armadale. Why don’t Glasgow stream their meetings?
  16. Away you go… I’m sure we’d have a great crowd if we started cancelling meetings a couple hours before due to the line up changing. Muppet
  17. McGurk has only been at Armadale once this year… and struggled. Fully expect Connor and Max to have the better of him and Celina. Interested to see how Vuolas goes but I think we should have more than enough to win this meeting.
  18. Connor was brilliant tonight, exactly the type of riding we’ve been expecting of him all season. As you say, hopefully he can take that form into the championship. Agree re Dayle, not sure how much he’s been riding. Thought Mason was excellent and Max P is now starting to show his potential, he’s very switched on with what lines to ride.
  19. His van broke down on the way to the stadium
  20. Great post and I agree to an extent. He’s solid at home but very unreliable away. The frustration comes because we know what’s he’s capable of, he too often loses to reserves though. He also rarely passes anyone if he misses the gate which isn’t really acceptable for a third heat leader. He’s fine as a number 2/4 but not strong enough to be a 3.
  21. No where near good enough tonight. Good effort from Josh and Lasse whilst young Max tried his hardest but absolutely abysmal from the rest.
  22. Good effort from the lads to fight back in the second half of the meeting last night. Track was very poor for the first few heats but there was some good racing towards the end. Josh, Sedgy & Paco were top notch again, Lasse with a big ride in 12 and Kye came on well in his last two. Connor throwing points away from scoring positions again, frustrating but I’m sure it will click soon and Max still recovering from his injury but looking better as well.
  23. Totally agree. Lasse looked like a different rider, probably had some confidence knowing he wasn’t getting wiped out on the first bend. Kye looked more like his former self but I still worry about his away form. Great effort from the whole team though, bonus point is definitely achievable.
  24. There were a few issues with the streaming equipment last night, the wireless router packed in at one point as well.
