  1. I’m confident that you’re talking nonsense
  2. Fair point but after a good heat 2, maybe they didn’t want to risk Anika’s confidence by putting her up against two of Buxtons better performers?
  3. The academy were only 6 points up at the time Anika was replaced, totally understandable... superb to see her scoring some points though. Great team performance all round.
  4. I think any criticism of Jordy is wide of the mark. He was up against two of the best reserves in the league tonight and managed to beat Rushen twice. I think people forget it’s his first full season over here and he’s still only 17. If he can find a bit more consistency out the gate he’ll be fine.
  5. Glasgow should be trying to replace the 2 ‘stewards’ on the back straight before Hausl. They caused a scene because one of your fans had his foot on a yellow walkway, grabbing him before finally getting him kicked out the stadium. Embarrassing
  6. I’m not sure why you think it’s lowering the standard or detrimental to the league. Teams will still be built to the same limit and a fairer share of the top riders throughout the league is good for competition.
  7. The scores over the 2 legs were of ‘equal value’ so they use heat advantages… are you thick ?
  8. Allen has scored 6 consistently at Ashfield and would be at the ‘easier’ number 2 position. Sedgy, VP and Kye have all struggled there recently, I’m sure they could do without the extra pressure of covering Paco.
  9. Got to laugh at Glasgow fans moaning about why they agreed to ride tonight. They agreed because they originally had Nick Morris lined up to guest for Nagels, which would have strengthened them massively. We let them off the hook tonight, I don’t think 14 points is enough but it gives us a small chance going into the second leg.
  10. Brilliant team effort from the Monarchs, gives us a good boost towards the play offs. The only thing more shambolic than Simon Lambert, is that the NL meeting wasn’t streamed. Surely they could have left a camera running for that match?
  11. Polis complained about the size and shape of the track because he hadn’t ridden anything like it since his younger days. The majority of home and away riders have praised the track at Armadale this season. Gordon Campbell puts in a lot of hours and does a great job of preparing it every week. Bowtell locked up and Jordy had no where to go, that was nothing to do with the track. I do think all 4 would have been reasonable though.
  12. Plymouth fans were brilliant tonight, Klindt and Nicholls certainly gave them something to cheer about. Good win for the Monarchs, there is more to come from this team.
  13. If you’ve seen some of his suggestions on here, you would understand how brutal that combination would be.
  14. It’s Glasgow’s prerogative to spend what they want, I’m not disputing that. It’s ruined the league by forcing other clubs to live outwith their means, or they just accept that they’re only making up the numbers. Rider demands have went through the roof since Glasgow started throwing money about. Clubs either need to pay wages they can’t afford, or field a non competitive team… it’s unsustainable for the league.
